Hysterical BLM Agitators and Dishonest Media Forgot To Mention Part About Loaded Gun Allegedly In Front Seat By Army Lt. Nazario’s Leg

Yesterday, the Windsor, VA Police Department was notified that they were being sued by Army Second Lieutenant Caron Nazario for a December traffic stop that turned ugly.
In the recorded traffic stop, Army Second Lieutenant Caron Nazario, who is Black and Latino can be seen in uniform as a Latino police officer attempts to convince Nazario to get out of his vehicle. The police officer, who appears to be frustrated after driving a mile behind Nazario’s vehicle with their lights flashing, is then confronted with a belligerent driver who refuses to exit his vehicle.
Instead of complying with the request of the Latino police officer, a defiant Nazario tells him, “I’ve not committed any crime.” The two Windsor police officers can be seen drawing their guns and ordering him to get out. “I’m honestly afraid to get out,” Nazario tells them. One of the police officers replied, “Yeah dude, you should be.”
Instead of complying, Nazario chooses instead, to repeatedly push the limits of the police officers. The Windsor Police officer uses pepper spray to subdue the subject. They handcuff him and then search his vehicle, a Nazario asks, “Why am I being treated like this—Why? This is really messed up! You know this is f**ed up!” The police offer explains, “Because you’re not cooperating.”
The video has now gone viral on social media, as the typical BLM radicals make the traffic stop into a racial crisis. Qasim Rashid, a popular far-left agitator on Twitter tweeted a video of the incident, calling it “Horrific police violence.”Trending: Hilarious Video Highlights A Subtle Difference Between Male and Female Military Personnel. Can you Spot It?
Watch:
What the BLM activists and our dishonest media is not telling everyone is that Nazario refused to stop for over ONE MILE, that he had no visible tag on his license plate, that he was NON-COMPLIANT when he did stop and that he had a GUN in plain view!
News Max host Greg Kelly, called Nazario a “bad lieutenant” and revealed that he had a loaded gun by his leg on the floor of the vehicle in the front seat. Of course, the media and the BLM hysteria messengers forgot to mention that part!
Newsmax host Greg Kelly tweeted about strict policies that most Army bases have about storing weapons, asking which base he was coming from and if he had been in compliance or non-compliance with the Army bases rules, as he carried a gun on the floor of his vehicle.

I’ll bet his CO just loves having him in his unit. If he uses this behavior against the authority of the police, just imagine how he responds to authority in the army.
What a POS. Why in the world do so many minority people think they can blatantly flout the rules and laws? What the hell is wrong with these people?

The cops didn’t see the gun, and he didn’t pull the gun so its irrelevant, if this story is true at all.

Not exactly the conduct expected of military officers back in the day. Have standards fallen this far?

Would you care to venture as to how many stupid, BUT LAWFUL orders that this officer has given or WILL give in his military career? I will hazard more then just a few. Yet he would expect those orders to be obeyed, and might even consider recommending a court martial or an Article 15 for a subordinate who did not obey them.
I spent 26 years on active duty and the National Guard, retiring as a Master Sergeant. I was also a State Police Officer. Even the very best of officers I served under, some of whom I love and respect ENORMOUSLY, occasionally gave ill-considered and dumb-ass orders. It goes with the territory of being a fallible human being.
If you could conduct a séance with George Patton, I am sure he would express his regret over having ordered the Hammelburg raid.
I am not saying that the police officers may not have been overbearing and utterly inappropriate as they gave conflicting orders. No matter, at the moment of confrontation, it was incumbent upon an army officer, who should understand the meaning of a lawful, if stupid order, to comply with them and sort out any wrongdoing afterward.
His behavior was just about as silly as any of the officers, PARTICULARLY when he told them that he did not have to get out of the car for a traffic violation when ordered.
If I was this dummy’s CO, I would haul him on the carpet and reprimand or sanction him as I remind him that the Punitive Articles of the UCMJ require a commissioned officer to publicly comport himself at all times in a manner consistent with the dignified behavior that is demanded of them. I see possible violations of Article 92, 133, and 134.
But in this age of the “woke” armed forces, he might just be given a Medal of Honor!!!!
In almost every state, there is a requirement to obey the lawful commands of a police officer. Instructing you to exit a motor vehicle may be inappropriate or stupid, you may even consider it as arbitrary, but it is not per se illegal or unlawful.
When I was a police officer, the State of Illinois had a specific criminal statute in ILCS Chapter 38, making it illegal for a citizen to resist even an unlawful arrest. Many states, to include VA have similar statutes. While I do not personally agree with the rationale behind such laws, the notion for them is that the courts will sort out the necessity of, and the legality behind, the arrest, thus minimizing the likelihood of injuries to the officer or the resisting subject of the illegal? arrest.
I am not surprised that this officer’s department decided to fire him, given the current political climate and the moral cowardice of police and political leadership. They probably violated some civil service or union contractual due process issues by doing so.
You just KNOW that the Democ-RAT bastid governor Klan Man hood Northam will demagogue the hell out of this incident for to exploit racial tensions for his perceived political gain.

It’s called the second amendment, bootlicker. He was within his rights.
The reason we have these stupid gun laws is because dimwits were afraid of blacks having legal firearms.
Get your head out of your butt.

Police report says the car had a temporary tag clearly visible in the rear window. So why was he really stopped?

"Have standards fallen this far?"
That's an important question. But we got our answer a couple years ago when it took almost a year to throw this scumbag commie out of the army...

While I was on active duty I ‘illegally’ and regularly drove to new duty stations across the country with a loaded firearm within reach.

The gun had nothing to do with the incident. Grow a brain.

This authoritarian bully POS Pig was an out of control maniac which even his young partner seemed to recognize.
So glad he got fired... Personalities liked his are the reason Cops are despised by most.
We practically live in a police state now where these current day SS Troopers can make a criminal of any man if they so choose.
And before you defend them just consider how they do the lefts biddibg and treat most whites the same way. Especially if they are male, conservative, and Cristian.
These dirty ass pigs are all enemies of freedom loving people.
Nothing personal to you but I have been railroaded and mistreated on multiple occasions but was ultimately in the right, had a great lawyer and beat the cases against really dirty cops.

In North Carolina on the front seat is acceptable and recommended method of carry in a vehicle for those who do not have a concealed carry permit
VA and NC laws on carry are almost identical.

Hm...how do we solve this problem? One way: if you get stopped by law enforcement, COMPLY. Do not be a smart mouth. Do not resist. Do not swear at the officers. Simply COMPLY. It really is that easy.
