I didn’t have a chance to watch the entire speech, but did catch a few minutes of it. He could barely even string a sentence together with random awkward pauses between words as he try to play catch-up with the Teleprompter. From what I saw, it was his standard stump speech With little to no substance to it, lots of buzz words and reusing many parts of previous speeches

Obviously he’s just mixing up ATF with another acronym he uses frequently that has the same letters - Automated Funds Transfer. e.g. Hunter, AFT 10% of your Ukraine take to my Swiss bank account.
