The Washington D.C. Medical Examiner’s office has ruled Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt’s death as a homicide, American Greatness learned on Wednesday. Babbitt, an Air Force veteran and small business owner, was shot dead inside the U.S. Capitol by a law enforcement officer on January 6.
In a press release to American Greatness, D.C. Chief Medical Examiner Francisco J. Diaz, M.D., revealed the cause and manner of death of four individuals who died during or after the Capitol riot.
Diaz determined that Babbitt, 35, died as a result of a gunshot wound to her left anterior shoulder, and called the manner of her death a “homicide.”
The medical examiner’s office defined “homicide” as a “death [that] results from the intentional harm of one person by another, including actions of grossly reckless behavior.” The unarmed Babbitt was in the process of climbing through a window near a barricaded door when a plainclothes officer fired the shot without warning. Watch the video of her shooting (warning: graphic images).

PS: When are Republicans going to ask for an investigation into the death of Ashli Babbitt? I'm still waiting for them to stand shoulder-to-shoulder in the Capital rotunda demanding answers.
say her name.
• Ashli Babbitt, 35, died by homicide from a gunshot to the left shoulder. She was shot by a Capitol police officer while trying to climb through a door near the House chamber.
• Kevin Greeson, 55, died of natural causes from cardiovascular disease. Greeson, of Athens, Alabama, had a Twitter account in which he supported former President Donald Trump and profanely denounced his opponents.
• Benjamin Phillips, 50, died of natural causes from cardiovascular disease. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Phillips of Ringtown, Pennsylvania, was a computer programmer who founded a social media website for Trump supporters. He had organized a trip of several dozen people to the district.
• Roseanne Boyland, 34, died by accident from acute amphetamine intoxication. Boyland, of Georgia, wanted to be a sobriety counselor and followed QAnon conspiracies, her family said.
Results typically come within 90 days of a death, but Sicknick’s death remains under investigation.
Cause of death released for 4 of 5 people at Capitol riot – but not Officer Brian Sicknick
In the case of Boyland, it’s simply pure drug overdose.
Two officers involved in the response have died by suicide, the local police have said.
This was posted earlier. The other two men had hypertensive cardiac disease which means they died from cardiac arrest due preexisting heart disease.
As to the homicide in this context on an autopsy report it is a medical term that indicates death caused by not natural causes at the hands of amother human. You cannot jump to murder from homicide on an autopsy report as justifiable homicides also list homicide as the COD in the death cert and autopsy report.
Still, the cop who shot her is unnamed?

You can die from a gunshot wound to your shoulder?
Easily
Your axillary arteries go through your shoulder to your arm where they become the brachial arteries.
Cut the axillary arteries or brachial arteries and you bleed out in minutes.
DEMOCRATS ARE LAWLESS BECAUSE REPUBLICANS ARE BALLLESS!!
WHEN WILL THEY ARREST THE BLACK GUY WITH THE FRENCH CUFFS THAT KILLED HER IN COLD BLOOD?
When will the democrat party soldier who murdered her he named!?!
You can die from a gunshot wound to pretty much anywhere. There is no such thing as “shoot to disable”. If you’re shooting, your are making the decision to take a life; be that decision justified or not.
“Shoot him in the leg!” is a suggestion to use deadly force every bit as much as “shoot him in the head!” And for the record, both are bad advice. Shoot center mass to stop the threat.
Ashli Babbitt was not a deadly threat to anyone. She should have been taken into custody for climbing through the window; not shot dead on the scene. She did nothing that day to warrant a summary execution.
‘Ashli Babbitt was not a deadly threat to anyone.’
well, at least we know she wasn’t covid positive, or else we would be counting her among the 550k; I’m surprised her death hasn’t been justified by her lack of a mask...
sarcasm aside, regarding gunshots, if left untreated long enough they will kill you regardless of the location; if the Civil War taught us anything, it was there is no ‘million dollar wound’ that got you out of the army without fear of death...a minie ball to the big toe, laughed off as non lethal, quickly became gangrenous, and you became a war casualty as surely as if you’d been shot through the brain...and the gold standard of ‘treatment’ was amputation...
I have seen multiple people bleed out in minutes from extremity hits. One was hit with 5.56 in the buttock dead in under two minutes. Another was an arm hit above the elbow also with 5.56 took most of the bicep out they were enemy combatants we didn’t bother to rush to aid them while their buddies were still shooting at us. F EM but I did get a healthy respect for what a 5.56 round can do at under 100 meters. The movies lead people to believe a arm or leg hit is no big deal walk it off kinda fantasy but people die every day from extremity hits.
Why isn’t the Capitol cop who killed Ashli named? What a cover up!!!!
Any death not from natural causes is classified a ‘homicide’.
.....this capitol police office, who I believe from previous web articles is an immigrant from Brazil, has been named several times....his identity was revealed very soon after this tragic event.....don’t know why his name is not being more publicized....oh, yeah, he is a minority.....can’t upset them folks....
Yet the Qtards claim she is still alive.
