If you’re like me, you’re tired of the left’s constant call to “science” while they continue to ignore the wealth of data and evidence that their COVID-19 restrictions are not only unnecessary but, in some cases, more detrimental in their effect than had they done nothing. This follows my piece from a few days ago, where I showed we knew the target population a year ago derived from the data from the Diamond Princess.
Now, it appears that Joe Biden’s begging for the continuance for mask mandates for the vaccinated, but this is counter to the data and evidence coming from his own CDC officials.

After warning for months that vaccinated people should still be cautious in order to not infect others, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests they may not be at much risk of transmitting the coronavirus.
“Vaccinated people do not carry the virus — they don’t get sick,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Tuesday. That’s “not just in the clinical trials, but it’s also in real-world data.”
Walensky was referring to a new CDC study that suggests those fully inoculated with the vaccines produced by Moderna and Pfizer don’t transmit the virus. Researchers looked at how the shots protected nearly 4,000 health-care workers, first responders, and other essential workers toiling in eight U.S. locations against the virus and more-contagious variants. Following a single dose of either vaccine, the participants’ risk of infection was reduced by 80 percent, and that figure jumped to 90 percent after the second dose. Without infection, people are unable to spread the virus. The results are similar to what scientists saw in clinical trials for the vaccines, which found that two doses of either two-dose vaccine had an efficacy rate of around 95 percent.

Trump’s biggest mistake was putting Fauci in the forefront of his Coronavirus task force.
Now it’s too late. Trump is not in office while Fauci is still there with Biden still listening to him.

What really gets me is seeing people alone in their cars wearing masks. I have also seen people in wilderness areas alone wearing masks. Are these people stupid or what? The am very tempted to ask them why they are wearing them.
The five northern-most counties in Idaho have had 282 COVID-related deaths. ALL BUT TEN WERE OVER 60. Out of a total population of 280,000, ten people under 60 died! That number is astonishing.
Let the over-60 crowd take the necessary measures to protect themselves and let the rest of the country get back to normal (we never should have done these insane measures in the first place).
Full disclosure — I turn 70 in July, I started the full vitamin and mineral supplement regime about nine months ago, and I got Moderna #2 ten days ago.
yes brother, as they say hindsight is 20/20. but, it’s so sad, the hard data was available from a few places (as in the article) early on (hint: not the CDC or “experts” or “models”)...but to see it clearly, you had to get by the fear. “Fear is the mind killer.” as Frank Herbert wrote in Dune: i’m paraphrasing what he said here: You have to face it, let it flow through you and (most importantly) turn and follow it to it’s source. (and take out the source, my comment).

If the vaccine is now so good after all, then why should I have to wear a mask and *socially distance* (spit)?
I’m no threat to someone who is vaccinated and for those who choose not to be, they are willing to take the same alleged risk I am.
And what about the shot passports?
If the shot works, why the need to prove to anyone that someone got it?

And what about people that had it a year ago, but there weren’t any tests for it then?
Can antibody tests detect an infection from a year ago?
