I live in Mexico, in the State with MOST dense Covid Deaths, the State of Mexico. Yesterday our nation ranked 2nd in deaths. I DEFIED the rules of Faucci, got LOTS of Sunshine, took Vitamin C, D, ate onions, mushrooms greens, took the Trump pills twice a week, watched a lot of comedy movies in the evening.... The Holy Book says A MERRY HEART DOES GOOD LIKE A MEDICINE. We sailed through testing positive with Covid and never even knew we had it. A wedding party made everyone who attended get tested. We both tested positive. I REALLY think they made major errors not giving more information how to ENHANCE and strengthen the immune system. SUNLIGHT is very important..keeping people hunkered down was wrong.

People should have been encouraged to get out on sunny days, find at home exercise programs, grow what fruits/vegetables they could (gardening is a good outdoor activity), make sure they were getting good sources of vitamin D and to put the social media down and go to sleep. Instead parks were closed, some states considered seeds and seedling plant nonessential, and delivery was encouraged so we didn’t need to leave our homes. We were told to stay plugged in for the latest news and many of the above suggestions meant demonetization, cancellation, or got a warning because they were “anti-science.”
