Facebook has removed all access to the Facebook profile believed to belong to Ahmad Al Issa, the person identified by police as the King Soopers shooting suspect who killed 10 in the Boulder, Colorado shooting. Screen shots of the Facebook page taken by Twitter users reveal that Al Issa was a devout Muslim who believed in conspiracy theories.
Ahmad Al Issa’s profile was abruptly removed from the website, internet archive websites including the Archive.is and the Wayback machine, and Google’s cache nearly simultaneously.

FBI DIRECTOR/WHITE HOUSE STAFF/NYT: That shouldn't be a problem. We had the networks circulating a picture of one of the fat, white victims, and without saying so, gave a lot of people the impression it was a white guy. We also compressed his name from "Al Issa" to "Alissa". If anyone makes an issue out of it, we can apologize and blame it on the initial confusion. But a lot of people will still think it was a white guy named "Alissa". We can bring in both Pichai and Dorsey...I am sure they already have their algorithms set up. Pichai will push queries with "muslim", "shooting" and "Colorado" to page 10, and Twitter will flag everything. We have all that covered. What do you think of the new page for Al Issa?
ZUCKERBERG: Yes. I see what you did. Okay, it will match up fine, and if anyone says "Hey, I knew him and he was no Trump supporter" we can simply say "His own words don't lie. You didn't know him as well as you thought you did.

ZUCKERBERG: Well, we anticipated this, and as soon as the first thing hit on the story, we pulled down his page. We'll put the one you sent up for public viewing, and if anyone wonders why they couldn't get to it for a little bit, we can just say "The issue was likely on your end."
FBI DIRECTOR/WHITE HOUSE STAFF/NYT: Yep.
ZUCKERBERG: Consider it done. By the way, what is the progress on getting The SAFE TECH Act passed? You know, that would give me the ability to shut down anyone "to protect myself and our customers"...If I do things like this for you, I expect some return here...
