Frankly, what did Blinken expect? The administration including Cameltoes herself (just the day before in Atlanta) has been trashing their own country as racist and xenophobic against Asian-Americans. So the first thing that the Chinese rep (Yang Jiechi, foreign affairs director for China’s Communist Party) did was tear one strip after another off of Blinken about “human rights abuses and racial injustices in the U.S.”
So the Dem-Rats promulgate this lie about the fear that Asian-Americans have about racist attacks and end up with this total mess on their hands with the Chinese in Anchorage. Tony Blinken, Biden’s Secretary of State, managed a Biden project that received millions of anonymous Chinese donor dollars. Blinken appeared a handful of times in emails found on Hunter Biden’s laptop agreeing to advise Hunter Biden when Hunter worked at the scandal-plagued firm Rosemont Seneca Partners.
The Obama State Department set up a meeting between Hunter and Blinken which was postponed, and the two met two months later in 2015.
Hunter Biden coordinated introductions between Blinken and his associates, and Blinken was named in an email in connection to a shady prospective deal involving the federal government and Amtrak, a company that previously had Hunter Biden on its board.
NATIONAL FILE, which obtained most of the contents of Hunter’s laptop, features the most relevant Tony Blinken-Hunter Biden emails below.
BACKSTORY Blinken sat for his confirmation hearing, where he counted neocon support including from Lindsey Graham. Blinken’s link to Biden’s China dealings is especially concerning.
Blinken served as managing director of the U of Penn’s Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, founded in 2018 by Joe Biden ahead of his presidential run. National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) submitted a complaint obtained by NATIONAL FILE highlighting the organization’s China funding.
“NLPC filed a major complaint with the Department of Education earlier this year demanding that the University of Pennsylvania and its Penn Biden Center disclose the identity of $22 million in anonymous Chinese donations since 2017, including a single eye-popping donation of $14.5 million given on May 29, 2018, shortly after the opening of the Biden Center in Washington, DC,” NLPC stated.
“If Joe Biden and Tony Blinken don’t explain their cozy relationship with Communist China through the Biden Center, any FBI background investigation and Senate confirmation hearing must get to the bottom of this secret money connection,” NLPC Chairman Peter Flaherty stated.
“Not surprisingly, the Penn Biden Center has yet to criticize Communist China for its pandemic coverup for the coronavirus, co-hosting Penn’s China Research Symposium earlier this year where the keynote speaker was China’s top diplomat in New York. Yet, it has no qualms publicly attacking NATO allies Hungary and Poland for taking strong efforts to control the spread of the virus as being undemocratic even though US governors have exercised similar emergency powers,” NLPC counsel Paul Kamenar stated.

Judicial Watch: New Emails Detail WHO/NIH Accommodations to Chinese Confidentiality ‘Terms’

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it and the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) received 301 pages of emails and other records of Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. H. Clifford Lane from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services showing that National Institutes of Health (NIH) officials tailored confidentiality forms to China’s terms and that the World Health Organization (WHO) conducted an unreleased, “strictly confidential” COVID-19 epidemiological analysis in January 2020.
Additionally, the emails reveal an independent journalist in China pointing out the inconsistent COVID numbers in China to NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ Deputy Director for Clinical Research and Special Projects Cliff Lane.
The emails were obtained in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by Judicial Watch on behalf of the DCNF (Daily Caller News Foundation v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (No. 1:20-cv-01149)).
The lawsuit was filed after HHS failed to respond to the DCNF’s April 1, 2020, FOIA request seeking:
Communications between Dr. Fauci and Deputy Director Lane and World Health Organization officials concerning the novel coronavirus.
Communications of Dr. Fauci and Deputy Director Lane concerning WHO, WHO official Bruce Aylward, WHO Director General Tedros Anhanom, and China.
The new emails include a conversation about confidentiality forms on February 14-15, 2020, between Lane and WHO Technical Officer Mansuk Daniel Han. Han writes: “The forms this time are tailored to China’s terms so we cannot use the ones from before.”
A WHO briefing package sent on February 13, 2020, to NIH officials traveling to China as part of the COVID response ask that the officials wait to share information until they have an agreement with China: “IMPORTANT: Please treat this as sensitive and not for public communications until we have agreed communications with China.”
In an email dated January 20, 2020, a WHO official discusses the epidemiological analysis they conducted of COVID-19 earlier that month and states that it is “strictly confidential,” is “only for,” the Strategic and Technical Advisory Group for Infection Hazards (STAG-IH), and “should not be further disseminated.”
In an email dated March 4, 2020, from Chinese journalist Zeng Jia to Lane, a reporter for Caixin Media, points out to Fauci deputy Cliff Lane that the number of cases reported in the WHO Joint China Mission’s report are inconsistent with the number reported by the Wuhan Public Health Committee:
It says on Page 6 [in the WHO report] that there was at least one clinically diagnosed case of coronavirus on December 2th, 2019, in Wuhan; and from Jan 11th to 17th there were new clinically diagnosed and confirmed cases every day in Wuhan, which is not consistent with Wuhan Public Health Committee’s numbers
In an email dated February 15, 2020, Gauden Galea, head of the WHO office in China, informs the joint mission members traveling to China that all of their activities in China would be arranged by the Chinese Government’s National Health Commission.
“These emails set the tone early on in the coronavirus outbreak. It’s clear that the WHO allowed China to control the information flow from the start. True transparency is crucial,” said Ethan Barton, editor-in chief for the Daily Caller News Foundation.
“These new emails show WHO and Fauci’s NIH special accommodations to Chinese communist efforts to control information about COVID-19,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
This is the latest information obtained in Judicial Watch and the DCNF’s ongoing investigation into Fauci’s and NIH’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. Judicial Watch and the DCNF previously uncovered emails showing a WHO entity pushing for a press release, approved by Dr. Fauci, “especially” supporting China’s COVID-19 response.
On September 22, U.S. District Court Judge Dabney L. Friedrich ordered HHS to begin processing responsive records.
In a September 21 court filing, HHS said the agency could begin producing 300 pages of responsive records to the DCNF beginning on November 30, eight months after receiving the Daily Caller’s FOIA request. The total number of responsive records is approximately 4,200, which would have pushed off the full release of the records until at least 2022. HHS also alleged that Fauci must personally review each one of his emails before they are released.

If the label says “Biden,” it was definitely influenced by China. – John Solomon at JustTheNews.com is reporting that The National Legal and Policy Center has asked the U.S. Department of Education to investigate its findings that the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) has over the past several years accepted more than $22 million in anonymous China-originated donations to its Biden Center and failed to properly disclose the contributions.
From Solomon’s report: The complaint, filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, says that over the past three years, the university has (admitted to accepting around) $22 million in anonymous funding from Chinese sources. That’s out of a total of more than $70 million from Chinese donors during that time, the NLPC said.
Those significant funds, including the anonymous amounts, rolled in after the Biden Center was announced in early 2017 and launched in February 2018. The center is located in downtown Washington, D.C. Federal records show that the University of Pennsylvania has received significant donations from Communist China since the opening of the Biden Center.
One 2018 donation alone totals $14.5 million; it is listed as “anonymous” in federal records. The NLPC alleges the university may have violated federal law in accepting those anonymous monetary donations from Communist China. The Higher Education A ct mandates schools report the national origins of any donations above $250,000 although not necessarily the individual names of donors themselves. [End]

The Trump administration attempted to enact a policy that would force American universities to reveal cooperation with chapters of the Confucius Institute. President Joe Biden quietly revoked the policy a few days after his inauguration.
Axios reported that in the final days of his presidency, Trump enacted a policy that would compel primary, secondary, and post-secondary institutions to disclose all contracts and transactions with the Confucius Institute. Under the policy, schools that do not report information would lose certification for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program.
Records from the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs revealed that Biden nixed the policy on January 26. A spokesperson for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Campus Reform that the policy was rescinded. (Excerpt) Read more at campusreform.org …
