Milwaukee Democrat County Circuit Court Judge Brett Blomme has been arrested on charges of possession of child pornography.
Wisconsin’s Department of Justice announced that Blomme was taken into custody by special agents with the state Division of Criminal Investigation “following an investigation into multiple uploads of child pornography through a Kik messaging application account in October and November 2020.”
If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison on each count, local ABC News outlet reported.
In a press release, the Wisconsin Department of Justice stated:
The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) today announced that Brett Blomme, age 38, was arrested on tentative charges of possession of child pornography.
The defendant, a Circuit Court Judge in Milwaukee County, was arrested by Wisconsin DOJ Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) special agents following an investigation into multiple uploads of child pornography through a Kik messaging application account in October and November 2020.
Based upon records linking those uploads to the defendant, DCI investigators obtained search warrants for the defendant, his chambers, his vehicle, and his residences in Milwaukee and Dane Counties.
This investigation was led by the Wisconsin DOJ DCI, with assistance from investigators with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office. Special assistance was received from the following agencies in executing the search warrants: Wauwatosa PD; Cottage Grove PD; Racine County Sheriff; Brookfield PD; Waukesha County Sheriff; and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
As in any criminal proceeding, Mr. Blomme is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The criminal complaint is expected to be filed on March 17, 2021.

Blomme, who was charged Wednesday with seven counts of possession of child pornography, is a popular and influential figure among elected Democrats in Milwaukee. A very close ally of the city’s longtime mayor, Tom Barrett, Blomme was supported and endorsed by nearly every major Democrat and left-wing group involved in Milwaukee politics when he ran for a seat on the court last year.
“I support Brett because, like me, he is committed to making Milwaukee a better place for all of us,” said U.S. Congressman Gwen Moore when she endorsed Blomme’s judicial run last winter. “Brett is the change we need to help fix our broken criminal justice system.”
Blomme called this a “key endorsement” that helped propel him to a win over incumbent Paul Dedinsky. Blomme was seated on the bench in August and was serving in Children’s Court at the time of his arrest.
Blomme also touted endorsements from major liberal political organizations and labor unions, including the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), the Milwaukee Area Labor Council, AFL-CIO, Planned Parenthood, Black Leaders Organizing for Communities (BLOC), Fair Wisconsin, and Voces De La Frontera.
Blomme was elected to the court in the spring 2020 election, defeating incumbent Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Paul Dedinsky, an appointee of former Republican Gov. Scott Walker.
Before being elected, Blomme previously served as the director of major gifts at the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin for 18 months, following a stint at the Madison City Attorney’s Office.
He was a major advocate for LGBTQ rights and the community.
Which makes it even more troublesome that he was allegedly involved in child pornography.
Despicable, child molesting homosexual low life or put another way, a Democrat in good party standing.

I long for the days past that dealt with these degenerates in the most humiliating of public displays when carrying out their punishment. These sick perverts/freaks need to be completely stripped of their existence, their livelihoods and standing; broken down to the level of sewage. Then permanently branded and forever banished from the community as depraved and distrusted street vermin or locked up never to see the light of day again.
