Melanie Joseph has been fighting with the courts for the past year after her son was removed from her care over a Facebook post where she was not wearing a mask.
Now, she is pleading with the public for help as she attempts to take on the corrupt system.

Last year, Broward County, Florida Circuit Court Judge Dale Cohen indefinitely suspended parental timesharing of Joseph’s 14-year-old son Logan. The shocking move was because his father brought the court a photo of her not wearing a mask prior to an oral surgery appointment. Her son was not with her during the appointment and masks were not yet mandatory in her area.
To make matters worse, Joseph says that her son was conceived when she was raped by his father, who is now using COVID and the corrupt system as a means of parental alienation....

There's also a lot of money to be made by judges who get kickbacks from "therapists" to counsel the "noncomplying" parent about the importance of masks and the child who has been traumatized by that parent not masking him or her and causing the other parent to feel they need to get custody.
In other words, a racket.
So masks are 100 percent guaranteed to work, so people can be forced to wear them? There are going to be untold numbers of lawsuits.
No mask, no child custody. COVID-19 is a new factor in family law.

We have been heading down the drain for years and somehow the people of this country have not only allowed it to happen but actually aided the fall.
Color me fed up with the so-called citizens of these country.
So because doctors and EMTs occasionally wear masks, you think it is appropriate to use as a weapon in a custody dispute?

I mean, can you believe this woman had the 'audacity' to express an opinion on a contentious public policy issue, and on Facebook no less? She must be destroyed and what better way to do that than to strip her of her parental rights.
The judge is a fascist, plain and simple and he decided to exert his authority over this woman simply because as a fascist, it's in his nature.
Or the 14 yo will come to deeply resent his father as he realizes he was used as a pawn in the parents custody battle.
So, this is a child custody battle that has been going on for 13 years. I don’t disagree that the judge is wrong. What he said was stupid. But the headline implies that a judge saw a facebook post and ripped a kid out of an otherwise perfect home. Thats not the case at all. The kid is living with the father which should tell you something right there. This liberal judge is siding with the father. And the mother only gets visitation. She doesn’t get the kid to live with her. This is not shared custody, this is only visitation. Her problems did not start with a mask.
Where, exactly, do you get your information about what is in Melanie Joseph’s heart and mind?
Where do you get your information about Melanie Johnson’s glaring insufficiencies as a parent?

Perhaps you will dip into your capacious urn of omniscience and let us know whether Melanie Johnson enjoying supervised or unsupervised visitation if the child in question before the father began his ultimately successful COVID-based legal gambit.
