Minnesota’s Muslim African-American Attorney General Keith Ellison did not charge Officer Derek Chauvin with a hate crime or even with intentionally murdering Floyd.
So far, the most interesting aspect of the trial of police officer Derek Chauvin are the crimes for which he has not been charged. Chauvin has been vilified for his role in the arrest-related-death of a man resisting arrest.
Despite almost a year of riots, ranting and raving by cable news, and even condemnations by supposedly law-and-order radio talk show hosts, Former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin is not being charged with the intentional murder of George Floyd. Chauvin is not even being charged with a hate crime. So one may be forgiven for being bewildered. After all, there were riots all over the United States, all over the world, about this innocent Black man allegedly being mercilessly killed by a White racist police officer. After all, the Attorney General of Minnesota is Keith Ellison, the first African-American Minnesota attorney general and the first Muslim Minnesota Attorney General.
How could this be?

How many people have died, have lost their homes and businesses over this false narrative? Should we hold the press liable? BLM? LW politicians? They have destroyed lives and jobs over lying to the public.

Marxist Lies Mstter
To convict him they need to charge him with something they can prove. Guessing they have investigated it and have the total truth.
The mobs don’t know and don’t care that a charge of murder takes evidence and 12 convinced jurors.
All they have is a photo.
He’s charged with second degree murder.
Second degree murder is generally defined as intentional murder that lacks premeditation, is intended to only cause bodily harm, and demonstrates an extreme indifference to human life.
The reason is simple. They don’t want another Zimmerman/Martin case. They are charging him with something they may actually be able to get a guilty verdict on.
This hints at what may happen with Rittenhouse as well. The only thing they can charge HIM with has to do with an underage person carrying a weapon, which has nothing whatsoever to do with what he did with it.
Second degree is still intentional. Unintentional would be a manslaughter case. Unintentional. You know, like when you run over and kill a pedestrian with your car.
So the article is wrong or lying when it said he’s not being charged with intentionally murdering Floyd.
Like in the Zimmerman case, once this enters a court of law it’s going to be darned hear impossible to convict him of anything more than profanity.
They’ll riot, loot and burn no matter the outcome of the trial.
When the event occurred, I recall seeing online pictures of the pages taken straight from the Minneapolis PD training manual that show how to apply the neck restraint that Chauvin used.
I haven’t seen them since, but we can assume Chauvin’s lawyers have them.
Minnesota’s Muslim African-American Attorney General Keith Ellison did not charge Officer Derek Chauvin with a hate crime or even with intentionally murdering Floyd... Despite almost a year of riots, ranting and raving by cable news, and even condemnations by supposedly law-and-order radio talk show hosts...
Has to do with the accusations against Derek Chauvin being a crock in the first place, and all through the process.
That would call for a case of belt fed riot-be-dead.
The trial is an afterthought. It was always the narrative that was important. The leftist rant that was echoed by the colluding MSM that America is systemically racist and corrupt, must be torn down and recreated as a green, socialist, globalist entity. The damage was done, the political effect the Democrats sought was achieved, the black community is much worse off and the vile narrative continues.
Inasmuch as the “victim” did of a drug overdose, I cannot see even HAVING a trial. = WASTE OF MONEY & TIME.
Yours, ex-cadet
I don't know if gross incompetence or negligence by a LEO is a crime, but if it is, then that's Chauvin's guilt. By the writer's own admission this sanctioned move is used often without killing the kneel-eee. It's like a billy club...sanctioned equipment that is used frequently without someone dying.
Since when is it a conservative value, to champion the left-side of the bell curve? I thought we were against kids getting diplomas when they can't spell.
I get the knee-jerk reaction by some to defend Chauvin, but defending him is like defending a less-than-competent doctor who killed someone on the table. We should put our weight behind decent LEOs who know what they're doing.
Well get ready for it... although I think it will not happen. Rodney King 1992... Trayvon 2012... Hands up don’t shoot dude in 2016... Floyd 2020...
The dems will find an African American poster child for the nation’s ‘racism’ when an election is in doubt. One silver lining for the Biden regime is that we will not have to hear too much from aunt teefa or BM’s matter too much until 2024...
A conviction or acquittal doesn’t do anyone any good right now, so it will make the trial pretty straight up. And with what the cops thought was happening, they were following policy. He’ll get acquitted and probably a couple of million settlement from Minneapolis PD for his wrongful termination... And a couple of cities might have a few true believers show up to yell for a few minutes, but the funding for the first aid stations, logistics, and organizing the mass events of last summer required is no longer there...
It appears Floyd committed suicide by drug overdose and LE basically got a front row seat to it. Normally you'd expect the officer to come out of this with merely a departmental review of his/her actions - were they in accordance with department policy & training.
However, I have just about zero faith in the "legal system" in the US in this day and age. It is possible, likely even, the officer will be convicted of something fairly significant in an attempt to placate the mob and further the leftist agenda - damaging LE and furthering their anti-LE narrative.
“What a contemptible answer by Justice Barrett. She prejudged a White police officer as a racist killer - denying Chauvin the presumption of innocence. She acted as judge, jury, and executioner. Barrett is a disgrace to her profession.”
