It's not breaking and enterring. These are Brownshirt tactics that fascists use to silence the public. They want us to be afraid to excercise our First Amendment rights. They want law abiding patriots to stay home and thugs to prowl the streets. We need to gather wherever and whenever they don't want us to.
They don't even care if they bought off the judge or if the judge will throw out the charges. They want optics - they want us afraid just to show up because someone might frame us.
At the 2nd Amendment protest in Richmond, the patriots were warned that they'd be in a kill pen "just like 'Vegas" but they organized their own security teams, they planned to record everything on phones, they mapped out safe entrance/exit routes - they stayed together and they won that effort. That was the Deep State going down in defeat because patriots didn't stay home and "stay safe".
When we show up in numbers in support of the rule of law, and in support of the Constitution, they lose. The majority of Americans think Biden is a joke and they don't want to see those numbers in the streets.

I’m just saying a bunch of 19 year olds with tanks, satellites, 50 cals, night vision against old guys or pipefitters with AR-15’s would not be a fair fight.

Illegal as hell. A search warrant does not mean people must remain unless they are arrested. They clearly had no arrest warrant for her. Once the location is secure, you are under no obligation to remain while they spend the day searching.

What is the valid law enforcement purpose of freezing the bank account? If there is none, those who froze it should be held personally liable for doing so.
If this story is accurate, then Mrs. Harrelson should contact her congressional reps regardless of party and ask for official inquiries about the arrest and for a copy of the arrest warrant.
Might try contacting Concerned Veterans of America to see if they can help. The same for local VFWs and American Legion chapters.
Also have local politicians make official inquiries into the whole affair.
Ask the State to get an emergency release on her husband’s bank account so that they have enough to live on.
If she hasn’t told her side of the arrest story to her local papers, she should do so ASAP, as well as local television stations/radio stations, even Fox News.
She will need to provide proof that her husband is a recognized disabled veteran, is under medical treatments, etc.
Then go for it.
