If this story is accurate, then Mrs. Harrelson should contact her congressional reps regardless of party and ask for official inquiries about the arrest and for a copy of the arrest warrant.
Might try contacting Concerned Veterans of America to see if they can help. The same for local VFWs and American Legion chapters.
Also have local politicians make official inquiries into the whole affair.
Ask the State to get an emergency release on her husband’s bank account so that they have enough to live on.
If she hasn’t told her side of the arrest story to her local papers, she should do so ASAP, as well as local television stations/radio stations, even Fox News.
She will need to provide proof that her husband is a recognized disabled veteran, is under medical treatments, etc.
Then go for it.
