Guys, time you realize Gateway Pundit is a garbage site, and if you read it you are actively choosing to misinform yourself. He was charged with entering the capitol building, amongst other things.

Harrelson appeared in federal court Thursday where he was charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, harassment of a witness, damage of government property and entering a restricted building or grounds.
