The taxpayer-funded National Public Radio (NPR) put its left-wing bent on full display when it did cheerleading for President Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion economic equivalent of a sugar binge. Enjoy the high, America.
NPR Chief Economics Correspondent Scott Horsley slapped an absurd headline on his latest piece: “Biden's $1.9 Trillion Rescue Plan Set To Turbocharge U.S. Economy.” Horsley, notorious for acting like a stenographer for former President Barack Obama, embraced his new pro-Biden schtick. He pivoted off the coronavirus vaccine rollout to quip how “[t]he U.S. economy is about to get a shot of its own.”
The Heritage Foundation saw it differently, however. In a recent report, the conservative think tank found that the “vast majority [of the stimulus package] will go to special interest payoffs and other wasteful spending that will do little to reduce the spread of COVID-19 or help the economy recover.”

Well, it will turbocharge price inflation. That’s part of the economy, right?
Might stimulate the Cayman’s or Luxembourg’s economy. US economy, not so much.
Yeah, keeping my electricity on is really gonna make a huge difference to the economy.

Tax-Funded Propaganda! NPR Slobbers: Biden’s $1.9T Stimulus Will ‘Turbocharge’ Inflation ...
Turbocharged Bread at $50 a loaf. Get yours before it goes to $100.
“Biden’s $1.9 Trillion Rescue Plan Set To Turbocharge liberal activist Economy.”
The complete opposite of ‘turbocharge’.
Democrats/socialists, have no idea about how to run an economy.
Taxes will have to go up, for everybody. Huge amounts of government borrowing will have to be used in order to pay for the huge debt. It will be like borrowing from loan sharks, where people end up paying more to pay down the loan then they earn. There won’t be enough tax collections to pay for the debt, not in 100 years or more. More will be paid to service the debt than the government takes in, which then forces the government to TAKE other measures, including taxing everything in sight, and actually taking over people’s properties, like bank accounts.
We are headed towards a complete meltdown, towards full socialism, if democrats continue their relentless march towards total government control of everything and everybody.
Back in the early 70’s we were talking about inflation and one of the guys said that if bread ever went as high as $1 a loaf he was going to just go into the store and grab an arm full and leave - in protest.
When gum went from five cents for five sticks to ten cents for an 8 stick pack, I stopped chewing gum for almost five years.
The traditional danger of counterfeit money was that it fueled inflation. The Germans passed stacks of counterfeit American dollars and British pounds during WWII in order to damage Allied economies. Biden and his Democrat cohort are doing the same thing today, only on a scale that even the Nazi's wouldn't believe.
How do you castrate joe biden?
Kick an NPR reporter in the jaw.
Counterfeiting used to be a capital offense, for the same reason that treason was.....................
Taxes will have to go up, for everybody.
We’ve got chickens producing 14 eggs a day and we’re considering bringing in some cattle like all of our neighbors do. I’m also thinking about windmills, deep cell batteries and auto alternators for emergency power.
How many billions for public broadcasting?
for about a week in will artificially charge the economy?
Then they will charge your great grand children for it?
The lefts supreme goal is the total destruction of market based economy, and the total elimination of Christianity -; to be 100% replaced by a global socialist totalitarianian control of all wealth, resources/commodities (and people are commodities).
In light of the redundantly admitted objectives, destruction of economy is not done in ignorance at all.
Economic destruction is purely the objective.
They are achieving exactly what they want.
The only thing it will turbocharge is inflation.
I hate NPR - it is an enemy of the people. I hate them more than all the rest of the media combined.
