It is. I’m knocking on 70 years. Never would I thought it. It has happened.
Sunday our pastor preached on Psalm 3; he mentioned it’s main theme was that ancient Israel’s people and their Kings were one.
If the king was godly, the people were blessed, and if the king were ungodly, the people were cursed.
Substitute the word “states” for “democrats” and you’d have it correct. We do want Scotus to interpret the Constitution as written, right? Not based on politics.
The real problem dates from the 2015 AIRC decision which enabled state entities OTHER THAN the legislature (as specified in Article 1) to make changes to election laws, as was done by some in 2020. That is the challenge that needs to be brought because it directly contradicts the meaning of the Elections clause and the intentions of the founders to give the power to regulate elections to state legislatures ONLY. If that happens and the origins list justices do not correct this error, then I will join in condemning them. But you have to ask the right question.
Some people automatically blame Scotus when decisions don’t go their way, others find the reasons why, and understand the legal context that the Supreme Court operates in.
I have photo evidence that the black suitcases in Gwinnett County were left unsecured and unprotected. I gave the pictures to Lin Wood and he even tweeted about it later in the day.
Anyone could have accessed the more than two dozen precinct ballots and not be challenged.
I did my best and spent over a hundred hours of my personal time uncovering the fraud. Remember the thumb drive that was secretly passed from one employee to another?
In 2022, have armed patriots standing 24 hour watch at every ballot collection box across the country. Video document every second from the time they are put out until they are picked up. Follow every vehicle that collects ballots, and video their drive back to the election office.
Do not relent.

The traitorous Supreme Court may have refused to get involved, but that doesn't mean "no consequences."
If we want to keep this country, we--the citizens--will have to fight to defend it by whatever means necessary and available.

Who —does— have standing????
No court said “there is no standing.” They said Lin Wood has no standing. Because he doesn’t, under long established tenets of the standing doctrine.

Just curious...because I’m not a lawyer. I have read the legal definition of “standing”. Why is it that no cases brought at the behest of Trump have standing?
I don’t know what we live in any more, but it is not a republic based on the rule of law.
It is an absolute fact that the changes made in this election by state officials were unconstitutional by both state and federal laws (constitutions) that specifically say the legislature is in charge of elections.
There is only one explanation for all of this.... it is corrupt.
There were MANY problems with this election that were obvious and not so obvious, but there is no doubt in my mind that if the law was adhered to that Trump won. Forget all the convoluted conspiracy stuff about the election. Count the ballots that were delivered by midnight on election day and we are having a much different conversation.
I don’t dismiss those allegations out of hand, I am simply pointing out that the strongest argument for a messed up election is obvious and SCOTUS refused to hear it.

No, those picks weren’t threatened. They are tried and true, hardcore GOP. What the heck else do you expect. I’m regularly lambasted here because my attitude supposedly hurts the GOP’s 2024 presidential prospects. These rubes still have no idea what happened election night. “Send us your money, hold your nose, we win back the _____ in ‘22, end Obamacare and Huzzah!”.

I’m not voting again either.
I’m sure there are lawyers here who will disagree, but on balance the courts use the “standing” issue and the issue of letting cases ripen (at the appeals level) to delay or deny justice, not to pursue it. In this election cycle we have seen a court rule that a case is filed too early before the election has taken place and then have the same petition denied after the election because the petition was filed too late, under the laches doctrine.
I tend to think that Kavanaugh and Barrett were corrupt under the surface, knew their roles and played them to please their masters behind the curtain - sort of like silent running submarines. The Roberts court has succeeding in destroying an already fragile credibility of the Supreme Court. They are now simply part of the Praetorian guard for tyranny and tyrants.
