If the U.S. Economy Booms Would Donald Trump Pass on 2024?
National Interest ^ | 3/6/2021 | Rachel Bucchino

Experts suggested a spate of approaches that Trump may take in a hypothetical 2024 White House race if he and Biden were to face a rematch and even if the economy was restored.

“If the economy is booming, he can always find other wedge issues to run on. He can rally voters by continuing to claim Democrats stole the election, he can point to various cultural excesses on the left, and he can say there might be Supreme Court justices who will retire and they need to be replaced with conservatives. And the Biden administration and congressional Democrats will no doubt have missteps that Trump can highlight,” Kevin R. Kosar, a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, said.

She is asking the wrong question. The question is will Trump be interested in trying to pick up the pieces in 2024 after the economy collapses between 2020 and 2024. The Democrats are creating the perfect storm over which they will have no control or influence. It isn’t going to be pretty.

By the time Biden and crew get done with their executive orders any boom in the economy will turn into a bust.

Instituting green policies like electric vehicles. Printing trillions of dollars out of thin air. Raising taxes. Stealing guns. Shutting down states over a virus scare.

These are not economy boosters.

imo, if the economy booms it will be a “bottle rocket recovery” based on progs & fed printing helicopter money.

after peaking, the bottle rocket economy will crash from the weight of excessive government spending & the ill founded gummit regulations & taxes imposed by the Xou Bai Din regime

hyper inflation ultimately results in a crash

At this moment there is no 2024. Either this current election gets reversed and the rightful president restored or there will not be another true election in the future. Those dominion machines will still be rigged to flip votes.

Wasn’t Obama’s economy BOOMING in 2016? That’s what the media incessantly told us. Trump won anyway.

The National media will declare the economy booming from here till 2024. I doubt that it really will. Oil and interest rates are already up.

I think the wars Biden starts will be enough for President Trump to want to get involved.

I just read the US people have saved up 2 trillion in wealth during the pandemic.

They are itching to spend it. The economy is going to be great next few years

“I thought the Bill Clinton economy would go the way of Jimmy Carter’s. Didn’t happen.”

Thanks to Newt Gingrich.

There probably will be an economic boom that has nothing to do with Biden when COVID is over and done with, though, and our side needs to be prepared for that politically.

Trump is and will remain the only choice for Conservatives because, though the economy is significant, it's HARDLY the entire issue at this point.

A booming economy (even if it’ a guarantee) will NEVER assuage anyone's’ sense of betrayal. No current or future Liberal crimes, because winning the WH via voter fraud IS criminal, will settle the score or put the record straight. Going forward, nothing they do will be acceptable or legitimate.

“If the economy booms...”

LOLOL....we went from the most pro-American, pro-economic growth President in the past 50 years to the most anti-American, anti-growth President imaginable or possible.

My Morgan Stanley advisor says presidential elections don’t matter to the stock market, but I think this past election will beyond our imaginations.

The Trump strategies

..eliminating job killing regulations
..energy independence
..getting out of bad trade deals
..getting out of endless wars
..slowing illegal immigration
..busting up the Pharma monopoly

All of this is being quickly undone by the Democrats

We are in for a rough spell.

I suspect President Trump will not consider the good nor bad of things, but look to his on motives, leanings and opportunities. The presidency was not something he needed to have done to be a successful person. People looking for an imagined skill set have missed the mark..
