The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is required by law to hand the ballots over to the County’s Treasurer after the election is canvassed. This is the law. Yet, this reportedly hasn’t happened.
Arizona’s Elections Procedures Manual states that after an election has been certified, the ballots are to be provided to the County Treasurer for safekeeping until the period of time for maintaining the ballots has legally lapsed. This is the law:
The problem for the MCBOS is that they are currently breaking the law. Per Arizona Representative Finchem, the MCBOS has not handed the millions of ballots that were canvassed in the 2020 election over to the County’s Treasurer. (See around the 1 minute mark below):
This may be one reason the former Maricopa County Treasurer resigned in disgust in January after working with the MCBOS:
Outgoing Maricopa County Treasurer Royce Flora resigned early Wednesday, citing a “toxic environment” in county government.
Flora, who has been treasurer since 2016, said in his resignation letter that his last day is Thursday.
Flora was set to leave office in mid-January, but said that he was unable to complete his term in part because “the political environment at the county has become so toxic I have no desire to endure further abuse.” …
…Flora said in his letter that he intends to “participate in the recall” of the supervisors, which “puts me in direct conflict with county government.”
The great people of Arizona need to stand up and demand the MCBOS be arrested for breaking the law if that indeed is the case. The ballots from this county should have been handed over to the County Treasurer weeks ago. What’s going on?
The 2020 election did not lack for laws. What was lacking was enforcement of those laws.

What still gets me is that several state legislatures abdicated their power to let the steal happen.

Because the electorate (the voters) refuse to hold their politicians accountable and they keep reelecting the same douche bags over and over again.
The State Senate came within 1 vote of enforcing their subpoena and arresting the 5 supervisors. The vote was 15-15. 1 scared RINO defected. The vote should have been 16-14.
That State Senator is named Paul Boyer. He promised to vote for it before he voted against it. (Sound familiar?)

There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?
If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.

Joe Hoft is correct here. I monitor all election news in Arizona. The headline is correct. I gave more info in post 12.
The Board of Supervisors are not only defying the State Senate, but they are now breaking Arizona election law by not handing over the ballots to the Treasurer.
Takes forever. They all knew this when they cheated and very small lower level people will lose there jobs. Look at GA. Same will be there. The steal is done. Now scapegoats will lose a job.
