This Week, The Supreme Court will consider five cases in reference to November 3, 2020 voting irregularities and broken state laws.

The Supreme Court will hear five cases in reference to voting irregularities and broken state laws.

They will hear cases brought by Sidney and Lin Wood on Michigan and Georgia. One case brought by Rep Mike Kelly, and two lawsuits filed in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania by former President Donald Trump’s campaign. The cases will be heard and the court will decide whether or no0t to consider the cases.

If any of the cases are heard in the main session, they will be heard and decided in October. My guess is that no matter what the courts decide, it will not change the election results. But, it could change the way elections are run if the court reestablishes that only state legislatures can decide how elections are run in their state.

This would stop governors, SOSs, and AGs from unilaterally setting election laws like was done in 2020.

The main sticking point could be mail-in voting because no swing state has proof of the chain of custody of the votes or signature matching. This could allow a large number of manufactured votes to be accepted by people like Mickey Mouse and Babe Ruth. There is also the issue of out of state voting and voting by illegal aliens. The Supreme Court under the direction of John Roberts has not been praised for its courage.

The court challenge was originally asked to be moved up on the calendar before inauguration day which leads me to believe that they will do much in the way of securing the vote. If nothing is done at all, then you can write of the Supreme Court as an arbiter of the constitution. And if that happens it’s just a matter of time before the entire country collapses.

From The Blaze

Now, all of the cases mentioned above are scheduled for a conference taking place this Friday, February 19, according to records on the Supreme Court’s website.

In nearly every plea, attorneys backing Trump’s election challenges insisted their cases be heard prior to President Joe Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20, or else their success would be unlikely, the Washington Examiner reported. However, even now that Biden’s inauguration has come and gone, the lawsuits have not been withdrawn.

“Our legal issue remains important and in need of the court’s review,” Trump lawyer John Eastman told the Examiner in reference to Pennsylvania’s handling of the 2020 election. Kelly’s lawyer Greg Teufel added that he has no plans to drop the lawsuit.

Fraud or no fraud, they will do nothing.
How many were held accountable for lying to the FISA court?
DC hates Trump more than they love the rule of law.
This includes the fetid robes of the USSC...

So we need 9 dumbasses on the SCOTUS to read what is clearly stated in both the Constitution and state law really IS law....and then decide if they want to hear it, and then wait for 8 months for them to say. “Damn! All that really is in the Constitution and in State law!”

Or they can send the cases back to the states from whence they came, and tell THEM to straighten it out.

"Fraud or no fraud, they will do nothing."

They previously refused to hear a case or cases regarding broken State Laws, when Judges and State officials circumvented the election laws that those State Legislatures put in place. This issue was already decided in Gore vs. Bush (2000). The fact that this Supreme Court refused to hear a case, or cases related to a previous decision, and precedent set by the Supreme Court in 2000, is a dereliction of their duty as sitting Supreme Court Justices. If they refuse to hear these new State Law related cases, then something needs to be done about disbanding the Court, or charging them, because they have ceded whatever authority they may have had as Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. How a group of people who are appointed, and take an oath of office to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, and are not willing to hear cases based on past precedent that the court has previously set, to me, is a violation of their oaths, and they should be stripped of their titles immediately.

I’m betting they will call them moot.

As a side note another forum I frequent had a vigorous discussion regarding the morality of following laws.
Many were arguing that since the FBI were not held accountable for the lies to the FISA court in their attempted seditious plot there was no longer a ‘moral reason’ to follow the law rather just the need to avoid penalty being the remaining reason to follow any law.
That, IMHO is a stunning change in the way a western society functions.
If nothing else Trump succeeded in revealing how outrageously corrupt our government really is.
Glad I do not have any kids to worry about.

They have gotten heat for abdicating their duty. They will hold a “hearing” and issue some kind of weak ruling or even a repudiation of the fraud case.

But then they can say they “heard” the case.

If this had any meaning, it would have happened long ago. This is them covering their rear ends.

It doesn’t matter. The forces of evil will whisper in the justice’s ears, “Decide our way, or we will kill your wife and children,” or perhaps, “Would you like the NYT to receive those videos of you sodomizing, cooking, and eating children?”

Everyone, even those who deny it, know full well that there is only one road back to health.

Sad state of affairs isn't it? We knew that there was a double set of standards and laws when it came to Democrats and Republicans. We'd seen it in action for years, but what we didn't know, or at least didn't want to believe, was that the system would get to the point where the other side wouldn't even try to hide it. They blatantly flaunt it without any shame, or fear of being held accountable.

I have two sons. The oldest is 54 and my youngest just turned 50. Neither has children, and don't plan on ever having any, and that's just fine with me. I did my bit for motherhood. I don't need to be anybody's grandmother, not in today's world anyway.

Scott Adams has an interesting perspective. For a couple months, the Republicans have been saying that there was vote fraud. While that has happened, Democrats and the media have been screaming that no their wasn’t and everything was just find.

Imagine for a moment if the Supreme Court says there were serious problems with the voting system? Would the President, the head of the Senate, the Speaker of the House, the Attorney General all say, “Oops, we are going to have to change the rules once more to bring you fair elections, but the last election was “fair enough to count?”

More likely, Supreme Court Justices will be offered whatever they want to make this whole thing go away. The President and the Executive Branch along with the Deep State will all do whatever it takes from bribes, to blackmail to physical threats to make the problem go away. It is much too big to ignore and much too well known to easily make disappear.

Now are you still wondering why the National Guard is in WA DC until later this year? Yeah it is to force everyone from Deep State officials, to Senators, Representatives, Supreme Court Justices, and Biden Administration officials to look at rifle barrels as a reminder of what is expected of them.

They will be heard - in October?!?!?

October of what year?

This is how our “government” continually scams us..

Oh sure, they’ll hear it out in “October” and fine that yes, there was fraud ALL over the place... but it all old fraud by now; it would be too damaging and pointless to change administrations now...

And everybody goes - “see?... I KNEW it!...”.

And then back to corruption as usual...

I bet that by then, it’ll be forgotten.

Remember, they think we are all stupid and have a memory span of three weeks.
