I think that pretty soon, the rest of the world will revert to type. That means they will re align themselves respective to one another and to what the US has become, since the coup.
They have been doing that with each other for centuries and now, the US is just another obstacle to their security and prosperity, which ever means more to them and depending on their proximity to either Communism or Terrorism.
They will all have to reassess their priorities and assume another posture toward us. We are surely perceived as unstable and unreliable. Worse too, as the current administration goes forward.
Now we are just another unprincipled thug in the world of unprincipled thugs they have been forced to endure and deal with for so long.
All bets are off right now.
Safe behind the walls of their mansions, getting richer day by day. A reckoning is coming.

How can they talk like this when BIPOC trans persons of color are being offended by perceived microaggressions of inequity against their agency?
I don’t understand this. John Roberts is not there. He refused to be part of a sham impeachment. How then are you critical of his not playing along with Democrats on this?

It was his responsibility to try and stop this mockery of our justice system.
He should not have taken the job if he can’t do the hard stuff.
He should walk in to the impeachment farce and tell them all to leave.
That is what he should do.

It no longer matters. Congress could spend $500T. They could do a Covid lockdown, and just pay Americans $2000 per person per month, while they eventually die from The vaccine.
This money is coming, ultimately, from DS bankers. It will never be paid back, thus, no matter if they print another $1T or $10T or $100T.

That would have been great to see him say this is an illegal proceeding. Liberal heads would have exploded.
It is not enough for him to merely grab his glove and go home.

As a result of this stolen election a war is coming. One where we tangle with China and will probably agree to an armistice like France in 1940 in regards to the Pacific and the world. We will withdraw and the dollar will no longer be the reserve currency of the world destroying whats left of our economy. Our leaders in government are traitors and the US military at the senior staff couldn’t fight their way out of a burning outhouse if trapped inside. They are too busy playing politics to be warriors.
The result of this war will be a civil war in America when the elites try to explain their 30 years of disastrous decisions and why they got tens of thousands of the sons and daughters slaughtered in their losing war with China. If that happens then lookout for a French Revolution chasm where the elites are truly made to pay because the middle class will be provoked to utter fury.

Yes, because anyone with a brain who does the math will soon realize that short of a miracle, we’re never going to pay down the debt. We had a window to do it but the Republicans putzed around as usual until that window closed.
Now we might as well enjoy the easy money until we go bankrupt.
I think we’re going to see Russia as the big winner in this shake up, because compared to the pseudocommies in control of China and the US, the ex-commies in control of Russia seem at least predictable, consistent and somewhat reasonable in their demands.
It’s like having to pick between 3 criminal syndicates to pay extortion to. If you have to pick one, you pick the one who is going to screw around with your business the least and not shoot up the whole neighborhood and turn it into a war zone.
