It was a dumb gotcha-style question. No one believes that there will be a one-for-one job trade-off between lost pipeline jobs and green energy jobs. Anyone who does is simply idiotic. While some may find emotional comfort because a Democrat administration had to field the same type of inane question that Republicans do, I would prefer a more thoughtful and honest press corps.
