A large Saharan dust plume is moving NE over parts of Europe -- from Spain and France today, February 6, 2021, into Italy, Germany, and the rest of northern and eastern Europe and the Balkans in the coming days.
Sand-laden rains, a fairly rare phenomenon in winter, are expected over much of the region.
Events such as this can significantly lower air quality and be dangerous for sensitive groups -- be sure to track your local air quality index.
The plume is over southern Spain along the coast where air quality looks good, but over Greece where the plume has not reached, the AQ is really bad?
Sacre blew!
Heavy W wind blew up dirt of W Oklahoma and the Texas plains.
Then the N wind of the cold front moved it South to the Gulf.
Will be common this Spring when the plowing for corn begins.
High values? Does that mean it doesn’t like the Commies & Rhinos agenda?

Heheh.
Well, let’s hope so!
