Ted Cruz: President Trump was “Both Reckless and Irresponsible” and Did Not Prove Election Fraud in Any Court (VIDEO)
Gateway Pundit ^ | 1/31/21 | Jim Hoft

Senator Cruz is an example of a Republican who will never win a national election and especially moving forward after the 2020 election. Democrats BRAZENLY used EVERY TRICK in their bag to steal victory in November 2020. And they did it without a hint of shame.

In this week’s video, Senator Ted Cruz accused President Donald Trump of spouting “overheated rhetoric” about the election and failing to present evidence of voter fraud.

Starting at the 16:52 mark of the January 25th, 2021 episode of Verdict with Ted Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz states the following:

Senator Ted Cruz: “President Trump’s rhetoric, I think, went way too far over the line. I think it was both reckless and irresponsible because he said repeatedly—and he said over and over again—he won by a landslide; there was massive fraud; it was all stolen everywhere. That evidence, the campaign did not prove that in any court, and to make a determination about an election it has to be based on the evidence, and so simply saying the result you want, that’s not responsible and you’ve never heard me use language like that. What I’ve said is voter fraud is real, and we need to examine the evidence, and look at the actual facts; and in particular, what is the evidence of how much voter fraud occurred, and did it occur in sufficient quantities and in sufficient states to alter the outcome of the election. That would have been the mandate of the election commission; to assess.”

And later around the 25-minute mark, he refers to the events of January 6th, 2021 as “a terrorist attack on the United States Capital.”

Republicans better wake up! They either act now or the GOP will be the minority party in the United States moving forward.

Was not ALLOWED THE CHANCE to prove his case.

Ted is pandering.

64 legal cases and they won 1. It was over turned by appeal. Trump’s lawyers sucked! Sorry, but that’s the truth.

The devils dance like devils dance. Sometimes one devil leads other times the other devil leads. All with the rest of the senate’s knowledge

I learned all I needed to learn about Ted in 2016.

I was initially a Cruz supporter but began to sour on him when he blamed Antifa-generated violence at one of Trump's rallies on Trump. I wound up voting for Trump in the primary.

When Cruz failed to endorse Trump during his address to the Republican National Convention, I concluded that he was still, to use a college football analogy, Division 1AA and not ready to play at the Division 1A level. And it's obvious that Cruz is still Division 1AA.

His mother was born in Delaware, but for Ted’s case, if one is naturalized to become a citizen—as he was—it inherently means that he is not a natural born US citizen.

Not proving and not having your case heard are two entirely different things.

Maybe Ted needs a refund on his law degree.

So what if the Senate doesn’t want to hear it? If they think impeaching Trump is the right thing to do in revenge if he brings it up, then go ahead... FAFO.

I appreciate knowing that, not that I followed your thoughts
on him over time, but as I state in my post above, it really
has bothered me how many folks still like the guy.

He and his buds Beck and Levin both set the stage for the
party to be able to refuse to help Trump over the last
four years. It cost us Ryan and McConnell doing next to
nothing when we had the majority.

Look at the action being taken now, and remember we had that
same opportunity four years ago. In fact we had something
like a 51 or 52 seat majority at the time.

They did nothing.

That NeverTrump angle really hurt our cause. We’re paying
for it right now, big time.

Yeah Ted you son of a female dog. It was because the sons and daughters of whores who call themselves judges refused to even look at his evidence. You back stabbing Judas. Go fornicate with yourself. Not one dirty word used because when referring to you any word used as an adjective describing you. No matter how obscene. No matter how degenerate. No matter how perverse, when used to describe you is considered a compliment. President Trump is a thousand the man you hope to be.

Check this out, but apparently the date should be 2018 instead of 2020:

He is just trying to keep his ass in congress President Trump didn’ prove e!section fraud due to not being allowed to in court due to either utter stupidity of his legal team repeatedly or because the courts are politicized & dirty or my opinion both dirty courts & legal council that couldn’t fight in court but may be fai at paperwork!

I don’t think you should beat yourself up over primary support,
but at one point it really did become obvious who he was.

Couldn’t win primaries, but could win ever caucus. Something
was ripe with that.

The party did not want Trump, and Cruz capitalized off of it.

That doesn’t seem like something a good Conservative should
do. We ALL know who and what the GOPe and RNC are.

Trust those folks to support you? Gosh, that would be
enough to make me think of dropping out, if they liked me.

I certainly wouldn’t cozy up to them.

Thanks for the mention.

I see his name with AOC’s too much on too many issues.

You are right in your assessment.

But I want to see the 1,000 post thread about whether he can legitimately run or not :)

His lawyers WERE quality. But no attorney could have made the courts hear a case that the blob had already decided would not be heard. Also, the best attorneys were openly threatened away from any association with Trump.
He has routinely been denied representation. His lawyers get attacked, raided by the FBI, as well as his accountants.

Our government has been overthrown and we owe it no allegiance.

Not only is that a stinking pack of lies, but Cruz is smart enough to know it. He’s proving himself to be a low- life scum. And I say that as a one- time supporter of Cruz. These latest lies are just too much, Ted. You’ll never see another penny from us

It’s impossibble to prove something in court if the court refuses to consider evidence.

No case, regarding election irregularities, was ever heard by any court.

Sometimes Cruz just astounds me considering that he’s a Constitutional scholar and I say that with no sarcasm. He is a bonafide Constitutional scholar.

But he just seems to have blinders on sometimes and can’t seem to connect his knowledge with the reality of events occurring in the real world.

Court not see evidence, Chief! Case not heard, court no see, justice not attempted.
I know, heap complicated white eyes legalese, Tedster.
