The World Health Organization (WHO) has asked Britain to pause vaccinations once at-risk groups are inoculated, so doses can be “fairly distributed” overseas.
Despite a near-consensus among liberal media and health experts that Britain’s decision to opt-out of the European Union’s vaccine programme and manage its own situation would be a disaster, the island nation has in fact managed to approve vaccines, secure orders, and begin mass vaccinations long before the 27-nation bloc and many other countries, possibly offering a light at the end of the tunnel for a citizenry struggling under lockdown and long-term separation from friends and family.
But Margaret Harris, a spokeswoman for the United Nations’ World Health Organization, is now asking the British government to pause vaccinations after the clinically vulnerable and key groups such as health workers are taken care of, diverting resources elsewhere in the name of fairness and, supposedly, the global economy.
“We’re asking all countries in those circumstances to do that: ‘hang on, wait for those [in other countries]’,” said Harris in a BBC interview quoted by STV News.
“We’ll also appeal to all the people of the UK – you can wait,” she continued....

I get that it seems effed up. maybe it is. On the other hand, if we don’t vaccinate the rest of the world, the virus will just mutate within those populations and become more of a problem than it already is. I don’t have a lot of love for “other countries” but if we allow this devil to run loose in those other countries, it’s just gonna grow stronger and then come right back at us.
Life is best when it’s unfair.
Take heaven for instance, totally unfair and undeserved for those who will inhabit it.
I believe the UK has closed its doors to incoming. They have the right to vaccinate their own without interference from WHO.

The Kung Flu is a thing because the ChiComs first priority was to sort out party politics, lay blame internally, and shift blame away/hide blame from them externally. Had they done that even just a proverbial second to addressing the disease things would have been much different.
Of course the same could be said of AIDS, for we allowed the poofters to wrap it up in civil rights and as a result many thousands have died and much money wasted on keeping the bug chasers alive.

Funny you mention AIDS. I remember when the popular line of thought was “it only kills fags so let it do it’s thing”. Turns out, it kills more than fags. Seems like a lot of people are drawing similar conclusions about this virus. Like, for example, “it will wipe out a bunch of the third world and that would be great so let’s help it do its thing”. I’m pretty sure that would be a mistake. There should be no quarter given to this virus under any circumstances. We have to stand right with Jesus on this one.
I firmly believe that NO ONE has seen accurate numbers of ill & dead out of CHINA...WE should hold up for them??? Or Tibet??? Or Afghanistan??? OR Chad????
