The Abraham Accords, brokered by the Trump administration, were a serious greatest diplomatic achievement by the United States. Four formerly hostile Arab nations established diplomatic relations with Israel, recognizing its right to exist and opening trade and tourism.
If Donald Trump were a Democrat, that would probably earn him a Nobel Peace Prize. Compare and contrast with Barack Obama, who was nominated for the Prize within 11 days of taking office, and ultimately won it for . . . what, exactly?
Does anyone recall CNN glorifying President Trump and his administration over the stunning success of the Abraham Accords? Or pointing out that President Trump achieved something in his one term that Barack Obama failed to do in his two terms? Me neither.
But let Joe Biden have one phone call with Vladimir Putin that apparently went well, and CNN unleashes a flood of accolades for the new president.
On this morning's New Day, CNN International correspondent Frederik Pleitgen promoted the Biden side of the call while insisting it wasn't "particularly friendly" in tone:
"It certainly does seem to have been very productive. In fact, impressively productive . . . President Biden managed to do something that the Trump administration did not manage to do . . . It really seems as though it's a whole, different way of going about these calls under the Biden administration than it was under the Trump administration. And it certainly does seem to have yielded some very early, and some very quick, results as well."

Biden confronts Putin, LOL
Apologies for the double ping!
SICK
Did the sniffer have to be reminded periodically who he was talking to?
Gee, and for the last 3 years I could have sworn Trump and Putin were best buds. After all, Putin helped put Trump in the WH. Oh wait, the useless Mueller investigation said no such thing occurred.
"Slobbers"?!?
For CNN, it's more like a Jeffrey Toobin Zoom party.
“Impressively productive”? Yeah sure, uh-huh, riiiiiight.
It may have produced a few laughs for Putin, but I sincerely doubt he has a single iota of respect for BiteOne.
I’d get a HUGE laugh out of it if Putin sent Pres. Trump another “To His Excellency, President Donald Trump” letter, like he did in 2016. CNN would excrete enough gold bricks to pay off the national debt. :-)
The media acts like they’re the proud parent of a two-year-old.
And it certainly does seem to have yielded some very early, and some very quick, results as well.”

Name one.
The day after the call, Putin had Navalny’s brother arrested. I’d call that an f-you from Vladimir to Joe.
what was productive about it?
Biden blustered and Putin laughed at the little man on the other end of the phone
I live in Russia and I’d say that about 90% of people I talk to think Biden is a joke. His meddling in Russia’s affairs over the protests has pissed off just about everyone I’ve come across so far.
Is he more flexible to PootyPut after the election as Bossman Obama was?
Did Joe call it a perfect call?
The best?
He’s been known to plagiarize.
Lin Wood’s whistleblower said on video that Putin humiliated Biden - something like turning the lights off while Biden was trying to speak - and the US media of course never said a word about it.
Putin, Xi, the ayatollahs and the greedy Europeans have got to be laughing their asses off at the once mighty USA.
