The 2020 election will go down as arguably the greatest fraud in world history. The tremendously popular incumbent candidate, President Trump, was easily winning the race on election night in a landslide and then suddenly multiple states took a break, quit counting, and by the end of the week the election was flipped to Joe Biden. Then, as the President and his team attempted to address the fraud and alleged abnormalities, the courts refused in any case evidence to be brought before a court of law. We’ve heard over and over from Big Media that President Trump and his team lost numerous court cases linked to the 2020 election. But this is not accurate.
Here’s what we identified from our research of an accurate and updated list of court cases:
There are 81 court cases to date based on the 2020 election
In 45 cases President Trump was the plaintiff
In 34 cases President Trump is not the plaintiff
In 2 cases President Trump is the defendant
In 72 cases illegal voting is alleged
In ZERO of the 72 cases where illegal voting is alleged has evidence been allowed to be presented
30 cases remain active

As someone once said, democracy is two wolves and a sheep arguing about which evidence will be allowed to be argued.
I’ll still be seething mad about this a century after they plant me in the ground.
It’s not about Trump’s ‘big mouth’ nor is it his tweeting. It’s not about Giuliani. It’s about our systemic government. The judicial system is not hearing these cases.
The election was a fraud.
Anyone in their right mind knows that Trump won 80% of the vote with 75 million votes and if Biden won he’d have won with at least 76 million. That would be the most votes ever received by a president ever.
Everyone knows.
Everyone who can walk around the clock and find their way back home knows that did not happen. Everyone knows that every college kid rubs In their faces that ‘Hilary won the popular bot’ but no one is talking about that for Biden and that it has to be for a reason.
I want JUSTICE! We had an election stolen from us and the communists are pushing their agenda as fast as they can. No court, no Legislature has given us a fair hearing.

Look at the jurisdictions for those cases—not exactly nice neighborhoods.
A case of 0.22 LR would be more appropriate.

The headline by GP is not accurate. In GA, Rudy’s evidence was rejected by the state district court because of standing IIRC. A day or two later, the state appeals court took it up, received evidence, heard arguments and rapidly turned around a decision in favor of Rudy giving him an injunction allowing the campaign to audit Fulton County. About 8 hours later, the state supreme court struck down the injunction because of latches. If I’ve tangled any of this sequence, someone please fix.
It was at this appeals court hearing that the lawyers with the state SOS office argued on behalf of Dominion that the injunction would trespass on Dominion”s proprietary software confidentiality.
Bottom line though is that GW”s headline is not accurate.

Nobody is really investigating. The fraud is only going to get worse in the future.
