Google is Youtube. They go away only after advertising dries up. If you are on YT you are helping Google. Period.
Yes, but I am helping only the one I choose, and only at a minimal level. I am also encouraging the people that post there to move. And, it is either Youtube or Comcast in my case. I feel that for all their faults, Google is less repugnant than Comcast. I don’t use the goglag search engine or Chrome. I use a fake name on Youtube that is linked to an email account that I use just for spam. When the time comes to replace the phone, it will be a non-google/apple phone.
If I boycotted every company I have issues with, I’d have to forage for food in the woods, and weave my own cloths to make clothing.
