This "PDF blocknull" error has been a recent development.
Any help from the tech gurus here will be appreciated.

You’ve been designated a “domestic terrorist” by Brennan for posting on FR. You have been permanently enjoined from downloading pdf files. Let that be a lesson to you.
Might be your browser is not providing a user-agent field value in the request header. Some servers will refuse to honor such requests.
Print the pdf file from the internet. Instead of printing to your paper printer, choose print to pdf, then name it whatever you want and save it to your location of choice.
the “blocknull” is not an error, its a subdirectory on the site.
It looks to me like either a) they have insufficient bandwidth to allow you to download the file or
b) their site is misconfigured (they are not using https), and your firewall or service provider is interfering.
I don’t think it’s on the “client side” (ie, you). Looks like a “server side” issue (them).

There’s supposed to be a number after the block, not block null, to access the PDF file. As you go down the page, you’ll see other files with the number populated and the links work just fine.
You’re banging your head against the wall because someone provided an invalid link.
There are many reasons why a file like that may not download (I tried it) including but not limited to a poorly maintained server, various technical issues, an unpaid hosting bill etc. The CIA isn’t blocking your access to an owner’s manual because you support Trump. Surely there are other instances of that document out there, not like it’s Hillary’s thesis or something.
I couldn’t download a review either. I would suggest you use the contact form on the website and ask them to email you the pdf file you want directly.
I am having issues opening PDFs in Gmail, but if I download into the “c” drive all it opens. Just started this hour.
Take page pictures using phone, save or convert to PDF, use PDF app to translate.
Appears to be just a corrupted pdf file, maybe an incomplete upload?
It showed about 224K on my drive then the file just disappeared.
The answer is probably in one of those blank EO sheets that Harris’s assistant signed yesterday...
A while back I tried to download a trial version of a piece of software, and the download wouldn’t work. I examined the URL and there was an obvious mistake. I corrected it and the download worked.
I emailed the company and pointed out the error on their website, they replied and thanked me, but they never bothered to fix it.
I decided that a company that was that unwilling to fix a simple typo that prevented potential buyers from trying their product wasn’t a company that was worth dealing with.
I deleted the file.
Contact the company and see what they will do about your problem. If they won’t help you, then find another company to deal with. There are many.
