Ashli Babbitt was an unarmed Trump supporter who entered the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021.
She was gunned down that day by a Capitol policeman who to date has remained unnamed. Why is that?

What we know about the shooter was that he appears to be a black police officer. (Some on the Internet have speculated about the Capitol Police Officer’s name and his affiliations.)

Washington DC law requires the shooter to be identified in two days. (The law was passed in light of BLM police hatred.)

Is it a fact though that it’s a Capital Policeman? Not to dispute this, but I can’t imagine this being kept secret this long unless it was Secret Service who shot her.

When blm demanded action to expose cops names when one of theirs was shot dead, there was new legislation created to name the cop within days. Now when the shoe is on the other foot they violate their own policies and laws.
Because it was not a policeman, but instead a black Democrat Congressman. How else did the BLM videographer know to be in the right place, actually filming the gun and shooter as he lay in ambush for the first person to poke their head thru the window.
I heard it was a member of congress with a carry permit that shot her.

While I think the shooting could have arguably been justified, can you IMAGINE the uproar had a white congressman killed a black female protestor.....
It takes time to scrub ones FB and Twitter logs so nobody can use that against them.

It is my understanding that inside the Capitol building the land is federal property, not Washington DC property. Since the Trump supporter was shot and killed inside the Capitol building, federal laws apply not Washington DC laws.
