Senator Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) on Wednesday warned fellow Republicans that if they try to “erase Donald Trump from the party, you’re going to get erased.”
“I hope people in our party understand the party itself,” he told Fox News hours after President Joe Biden was sworn-in.

Lindsay knows how to read polls. McConnell is terrified that Trump will release documentation of his and hise wife Chao’s collusion with the Chinese communists and the money they recieved. He is beyond politics and just trying to bluff Trump with a Senate “trial” to save himself. Next two weeks will be interesting.
Evidently Graham’s feminine side is still attracted to Trump’s manliness.
He sees what is happening to Liz Cheney and is scared out of his wits!

I still remember a political cartoon from the time. It had a disheveled McCain, necktie askew and face covered with lipstick kisses, holding a dozen roses, and standing at the threshold of a door on a mat that read, "The Conservatives".
McCain had a sheepish grin and was exclaiming, "Honey, I'm home!"
Graham has learned from his master.
At least those who aren't blinded by hatred of Donald Trump. Romney, Sasse, and their ilk would willingly cut off their nose to spite their face.
