I assume Pence acted out of cowardice. President Trump was right in urging him to do the right thing, even though it was the hard way, not the easy way. Pence chose the easy way.
The envelopes which contained signatures are gone. Dominion will not allow machines to be examined. This was a fool’s errand, since we are not leftists.
Reverse the steal, and every last Democrat would be screaming fraud.
I have been told that the SCOTUS has absolutely no role in elections. Frankly, I think that's ridiculous. SOMEONE should be empowered to stop election fraud. I would think SCOTUS could possibly have the power (though people keep telling me No).
But aside from that, SCOTUS needs the Will To Act. And at this point it seem pretty clear that they won't hear any cases.

We cannot dump on Pence. Trump attacked his most loyal adviser. Bad form!
It does seem a stretch but we can still hope. They haven’t gotten a case on the merits of fraud as far as I know. If Biden does get in and it turns out he did know I would also assume at least there would be an effort to have him impeached for lying. ??
I agree it doesn’t much matter or seem plausible at this point since commies will control senate plus add traitors like Romney to illegally impeach trump for breathing. With congress lost trump would be removed for partisan reasons with no way to prevent.

During Trump’s great speech yesterday, when he spoke of Pence, the look on his face and the tone of his voice indicated to me he knew Pence was going to betray him and the country, or at least was likely to do it.
A very bad decision on Pence’s part, we will see if he regrets it.
and yet despite you haranguing me..please point out where I was wrong..with the exception of believing Cruz wouldn’t object.
