The problem is that the legislatures were out of session with the end of the year. Now, after the New Year, the legislatures are going back into session.

I prayed like a zealot like everyone else, but while the impotent RINO Party decided to be magnanimous in 2020, the ChiComm Rat Party was aiming for the jugular. We did our part. The party of Lincoln committed suicide and is DOA. Trump will be hounded to his grave, and Pence will go back to Indiana and work the lecture circuit. The best we can do is try to build a firewall. After today, the Republican brand is dead.

I know exactly what you are.
Relying on the rule of law and the proper authority doesn’t seem to be working against a group that has the knowledge and permission to steal elections. Social media and the press have managed to effectively bully their way to compliance from the state legislatures, so I’m not sure what legal avenues remain for stopping those who are unconcerned with legalities.
That is what I was thinking. They needed a delay and MAGA gave it to them.
They have not been in session. All six convene this week.
Not going to happen. What this will do is help rally the troops to oppose president Biden and maybe just maybe eventually get legislation that will prevent what happened in the last election from not happening again.
The vandalism and illegality of these protest, unfortunately, will hurt, not help, our cause. Nearly every media outlet in the nation will associate the violence and rioting with Trump’s attempts to dispute the election.
