China Joe Biden May Never Take the Oath of Office

You know what’s really irresponsible? Stealing a damn election and pretending you are the President-elect when you don’t even know what town you’re in half the time.

Biden’s statement in that clip, of course, is completely false, as the Secretary of Defense pointed out later in the day:

Acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller slammed the claims from Biden, noting that the department has given Biden’s team more access to resources than they initially requested.

“The Department of Defense has conducted 164 interviews with over 400 officials, and provided over 5,000 pages of documents – far more than initially requested by Biden’s transition team,” Miller said in a statement. “DOD’s efforts already surpass those of recent administrations with over three weeks to go and we continue to schedule additional meetings for the remainder of the transition and answer any and all requests for information in our purview.”

“Our DOD political and career officials have been working with the utmost professionalism to support transition activities in a compressed time schedule and they will continue to do so in a transparent and collegial manner that upholds the finest traditions of the Department,” the statement continued. “The American people expect nothing less and that is what I remain committed to.”

Naturally, no one at Twitter or Facebook fact-checked China Joe’s lies or tagged them with a disclaimer.

Joe Biden raised eyebrows Tuesday when he accidentally referred to Kamala Harris as “president-elect.”

The real president-elect was delivering remarks on the COVID-19 crisis in Wilmington, Del., when he gave his incoming vice president a massive promotion.

“I hope the president will clearly and unambiguously urge all Americans to take the vaccine once it’s available,” Biden said.

“I took it to instill public confidence in the vaccine. President-elect Harris took hers today for the same reason,” he went on after Harris received the jab earlier Tuesday.

Biden, 78, has been dogged by suggestions he is experiencing cognitive decline following a White House run blemished by repeated gaffes and other instances of Biden becoming confused or tongue-tied.

China Joe Potato Head just cannot help saying the quiet parts out loud, even while reading a text prepared by his elder-abusing staff from his handy TelePrompter. Remember, it was just a few weeks ago when, speaking off script, he talked about having to come up with a fake health issue and resign so Harris can take over in 2021. His puppet masters laughed it all off as just crazy ol’ Joe joking around, but it was far more likely just another case of his advancing dementia kicking in at an inopportune time.

I have thus far functioned under the assumption that the Democrats would allow China Joe to at least take the oath of office and maybe serve in that office for some period of weeks or perhaps even months before making up a health-related reason to resign – or maybe just admit to the real reason that has been clearly evident to anyone paying any real attention for going on two years now. But I’m beginning to wonder if that might be even too big a risk for even these despicable people to take with our nation’s security.

China Joe is so unstable that his handlers dare not ever allow him to take any real questions from the media, carefully limiting his press availabilities and preparing him a list of pre-approved reporters who will ask him only pre-approved questions vetted in advance. This has been the model deployed throughout his entire campaign, during which he spoke to the press only a handful of times across 18 months.

How long can that continue in an actual presidential administration? Sure, the corrupt news media is fully bought-into the scam, but there is always the threat of some outlier, some actual working reporting somehow sneaking into the mix to ask a real question of the Commander in-Chief. What happens then?

Or what happens when the handlers lose control of the puppet during some global confab like the G7 or G20 summits? What happens when China Joe shakes hands with Xi Jinping and starks rambling on about missing his morning tapioca pudding?

Maintaining this “Weekend at Bernie’s”-style scam during a campaign was one thing: Keeping it going during an actual presidency is something else entirely.

With just 21 days to go, you really have to wonder if China Joe Potato Head will ever make it January 20.

CAUGHT ON TAPE Joe Biden bragged about getting Viktor Shokin fired during a 2018 speech to the Council on Foreign Relations.

The media immediately covered for Biden and said his targeting of Mr. Shokin was totally unrelated to the prosecutor’s corruption investigation into Hunter and Burisma Holdings. New memos released because of a FOIA lawsuit filed by award-winning investigative reporter John Solomon show Burisma Holdings contacted the Obama State Department several times during the 2016 election to discuss ending the probe.

In fact, Burisma Holdings actually name-dropped Hunter Biden when requesting help from the State Department. According to CD Media last week former Ukrainian official Oleksandr Onyshchenko said Hunter Biden was receiving “off the books” payments from Burisma in the millions.

On Tuesday CD Media posted leaked records of payments to Hunter Biden from Burisma Holdings totaling millions.

The dementia might catch up with him by January 20th, but Joe has another big problem that will prevent him getting sworn in as POTUS:

He can’t prove he’s the legitimate winner of the election.

That’s right, the level doubt surrounding the election is increasing - not decreasing. The burden of proof has shifted onto the Democrat state AGs who certified election results where fraud occurred - to justify their certification.

To illustrate my point, I was going to say “alleged fraud”, but I felt ridiculous saying “alleged” when it is so obvious what was done in these six corrupt Democrat run cities of Philadelphia, Atlanta, Phoenix, Milwaukee, Detroit and Las Vegas.

Nobody is really denying it - instead, they are politically blocking efforts to present evidence in court - they are threatening lawyers, legislators and judges with lawsuits, withdrawal of financial support and even physical intimidation. They are using the fake news to gaslight the American people into believing this is another nutty right wing conspiracy theory and Trump and his supporters are just sore losers.

But all that behavior only begs the question - makes their guilt all the more obvious - doubts are not going away - they are rising.

Everyone is focused on January 6th, and worrying that Team Trump can’t get a court ruling that President Trump was the legitimate winner.

But that’s not what has to happen by January 6th.

All that needs to happen is a bunch of State legislators need to convince a few US Senators and US Representatives that there are fraud questions that need to be resolved one way or the other before Biden electors are officially accepted. Period.

Once it is acknowledged that there are questions that must be resolved - it is all over for Joe Biden. Why?

Because the election WAS stolen. There is no way they can prove it wasn’t - because it was.

Once you consider the fact that the truth is squarely on his side, you realize President Trump is holding ALL the cards.

Now, people will call me naive for thinking the truth will win out.

What about Spygate? Why aren’t the bad guys in jail?
What about the Russia hoax - why did Trump have to submit to that?
What about Hunter’s laptop - why crickets?

This is different. Team Trump is not trying to convict anyone of a crime - they don’t even need to prove anyone did anything wrong.

They simply need to raise serious doubts that Biden had enough legal votes to win. Now Biden has to prove them wrong.

It’s about “burden of proof”, and burden of proof is different in a criminal case than in contract law. In criminal law, the accused is innocent until proven guilty. In contract law, it is the opposite - the party accused of not fulfilling his side of the bargain has to prove he did - or the transaction is not completed.

This is exactly like someone bought your house for $1M cash, and you count it and there’s only $800k real money and $200k obvious counterfeit bills.

You say the deal is off, and that the buyer can’t take possession of your house.

The buyer’s lawyers insist the money is all there and all real.
Your lawyers say $200k is counterfeit.

Your lawyers propose a full examination by proper authorities with counterfeit expertise.

Their lawyer refuses the audit.
You take them to court and charge them with theft.

The courts say that no theft has occurred since you still have your house and no money has changed hands.

What happens?

Nobody goes to jail for counterfeiting or theft. You lost your criminal case.
But also, you get to keep your house. You won your civil case.

That is what is happening right now:

Nobody is getting convicted of election fraud - it looks like Team Trump is failing, because no court has ruled in his favor.

But also, Joe Biden has not yet proved his claim that he won enough legitimate votes to win. His claim has been challenged and he will need to answer that challenge. And how can he prove he won when he didn’t? How can he prove he won when they won’t allow full audits?

This is far from over.
