Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno is an American hero. Two weeks ago, Michigan 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer agreed to allow Mr. DePerno’s client, William Bailey, and a highly skilled team of IT experts to perform a forensic examination on 16 of the Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, MI. On Monday, Judge Elsenheimer agreed to allow the results of the forensic examination to be released to the public. The results were damning.

Yesterday, The Detroit News announced that AG Nessel is planning to seek sanctions against lawyers “who pushed to overturn Michigan’s election results.”

“It is unfathomable that licensed attorneys would deliberately file false and misleading affidavits and pleadings with the Court in an effort to disenfranchise millions of Michigan residents,” Davis said. “Not only should these individuals and their attorneys be assessed financial sanctions, but they also should be barred from practicing in the federal courts in the Eastern District of Michigan.”
While Nessel didn’t mention the names of lawyers she may pursue sanctions against, she indicated that those who filed later, after the initial allegations had been assessed and denied immediate relief, were more culpable.
She said she could file against a lawyer associated with a case challenging Antrim County results and false statements he made on Newsmax and OANN. Matthew DePerno filed the case in Antrim County on behalf of resident William Bailey.

It may not be a popular opinion here, but that audit of Dominion machines in Antrim County MI was sloppy and amateurish. It was mere allegations and not a single shred of actual evidence of fraud.
Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson was backed for her current position by a George Soros, but I can’t find anything that connects AG Nessel to Soros. But he probably has a hand in there, with money, for her too. 8>)
If they did file false affidavits then the people who signed the affidavits committed a crime. They would have to be formally charged and then tried and convicted. Has she charged the people who signed the affidavits? Of course not. If they were convicted, the next step would be to allege that the attorneys knew they were false and provide evidence of that. She is seeking sanctions against the attorneys for filing false affidavits - without demonstrating that they were false.

Nessel will not go into a court room to prove her case because if she’s stupid enough to do that, Powell will Love the Discovery Phase.......

Do you have any supporting evidence to back up your allegation that I am a liar? If not, you've pretty much described the same situation with the audit and why no judge Republican or Democrat will touch it. No evidence.

Can you point me to a source giving any specific information about the audit? It appears that Dominion sells a ballot marking device, a ballot scanning device scans, and a device that counts ballots. These all work together to get the results. I’m wondering which type of device was used in the fraudulent activities. I never hear anything more specific than “voting machines.”

We have a big problem in this country.. We have a whole bunch of people in high places that are incompetent!!!
If Michigan’s AG can’t provide evidence “that licensed attorneys would deliberately file false and misleading affidavits and pleadings with the Court in an effort to disenfranchise millions of Michigan residents” she should lose her job and be disbarred. I’m betting she’s making idle threats, in which case she should lose her job and be disbarred.
