Sen. William Ligon, R-White Oak, lead a special subcommittee of the Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee last week “to take the testimony of elections improprieties and to evaluate the election process to ensure the integrity of Georgia’s voting system.”
A recently released report from Georgia senators studying the Nov. 3 election found evidence of illegal activity carried out by workers at State Farm Arena.
“The events at the State Farm Arena are particularly disturbing because they demonstrated intent on the part of election workers to exclude the public from viewing the counting of ballots, an intentional disregard for the law. The number of votes that could have been counted in that length of time was sufficient to change the results of the presidential election and the senatorial contests,” the report from the state Senate’s Election Law Study Subcommittee reads.
“Furthermore, there appears to be coordinated illegal activities by election workers themselves who purposely placed fraudulent ballots into the final election totals.”
Workers counted mail-in ballots at the arena. According to surveillance footage and witness testimony from Election Day, workers stopped counting ballots around 10:30 p.m. but resumed after observers and media left.
The Georgia Election Law Study Subcommittee is part of the Senate Judiciary Committee. According to Subcommittee Chairman William Ligon, a Republican, the report hasn’t been formally approved by either the subcommittee or the committee.
You can read the report below.

They will consider RESCINDING their certification as you can read below:

In summary, legislators wrote, the general election “was chaotic and any reported results must be viewed as untrustworthy.”
We should send this to anyone who still has the GALL to say there’s no “evidence”.
Bump
Far too often, when I see the politicos are (hopefully) seeing the light, words like “may”, “considering” and “possibly” start popping up.
I’m curious — would they have any difficulty in rescinding? Are they in session? If not, can they be easily brought back into session?
They have to do more than consider it, they have to DO it.
Well if it were 16 or 17 pages, maybe it would be worth considering. But a mere 15, meh! Meanwhile at the super secret underground lair HQ of the DOH-j............crickets.
Ray Charles’s and Stevie Wonder could see all that
BOMBSHELL!, JAW DROPPING!, EXPLOSIVE!, EARTH SHATTERING!, BREAKING!, GAME CHANGING!
“BOMBSHELL!, JAW DROPPING!, EXPLOSIVE!, EARTH SHATTERING!, BREAKING!, GAME CHANGING!”
Boom! Yawn.........
Bombshell!
Everybody drink
I keep running out of booze...
The election was set up, no doubt.
I watched it until about 12:30 AM on the west coast and waited and waited and waited for Georgia to get called for Trump and allasudden like they said the counting was “done for the night”, almost exactly simultaneously in four states... Trump was ahead... got up about 6 the next morning and Trump was still ahead but nowheres near as much.
How did Trump lose such a commanding lead when all the counting was stopped?
Took them four days to generate enough votes to come out ahead.
It was done that way...
Let’s get it out there!!
If it’s a done deal as the RINOS say, let’s review the evidence and let the chips fall where they may. I’m genuinely anxious to hear the explanation for Atlanta’s Black Desk/Ballot incident. To date I don’t believe there has been any explanation. Have they even questioned the people in that video??
Bingo!
It is even more uphill than that. The article headline and thus the title of this thread is misstated. The report only provides a recommendation "they" consider rescinding the Certification. I.e., at this point no one is actually formally considering anything.
The good news is if this report by the subcommittee is approved by the full Committee it may well make it very difficult, if not politically impossible, for Kemp to continue to deny a decertification special session.
Unfortunately, the remedy offered in the report appears limited to the presidential election and does not address the state-level runoff fraud that has and continues to occur before our eyes.
In that regard, we should hope the Lin Wood suit concerning registration of new voters filed with the federal district court last Friday is successful.
doH-J——Video? Of what?
ITS SADLY OVER!
NOT GOING TO CHANGE THE OUTCOME ANYWHERE.
NOBODY IS GOING TO CHALLENGE IT.

AMERICA IS CRIPPLED AND DYING. VERY SAD.
sorry for all capitals.
### Video of what? ######
The video of the black desk being rolled into the vote counting room after they had supposedly stopped counting for the night. Out of the black desk 3 suitcases full of ballots are removed and are processed. This was in Atlanta.
