Alabama football was ranked No. 1 in the final College Football Playoff rankings Sunday. The Crimson Tide will play Notre Dame at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The game is scheduled for Jan. 1. The last time the Tide and the Fighting Irish played was in the 2013 BCS National Championship. Alabama defeated Notre Dame 42-14.
Alabama secured its 28th SEC Championship Saturday with a 52-46 win over Florida. The Tide went undefeated during the regular season and became the first college football program to win 11 conference games in one season.
ND, like always, is overrated.

Being a USC Trojans fan, I don’t say this very often, but roll, Tide! I hope Alabama wins 350-0.

USC lost to a 3-2 team. And they damn near lost to UCLA. USC ended up 5-1, and if it had played a full season it would have ended up no better than 7-5, and maybe 8-4. Talk about over-rated teams.

I’ve stopped watching altogether. Maybe things are different in the SEC, but the ACC is gone so woke that I turned that s**t off early in the season and never looked back.
