Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy and Army chief of staff Gen. James McConville released a statement Friday saying they will not participate in a martial law order following the stolen election.
This came after General Michael Flynn suggested President Trump should order the US military to help seize the Dominion voting machines used in this year’s fraudulent election for testing.

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s Newsmax TV remarks on President Donald Trump weighing “martial law” and “military capabilities” amid election fraud has forced U.S. Army leaders to issue a statement Friday rejecting that consideration.
“There is no role for the U.S. military in determining the outcome of an American election,” Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy and Army chief of staff Gen. James McConville wrote in a joint statement Friday.
The statement echoed one by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley before the election.

I swear we are in trouble if we have to go to a long war with these old Obama Generals running things we would not have a chance of winning. Then they are immediately relieved of command for insubordination or worse, and face a general courts martial. And deserve 10-20 years in Leavenworth making big rocks smaller.

This is only limited martial law, so I don’t understand all the opposition.
I would love to see the heads of the Left and RINOs explode if Trump called out the unorganized militia in the 6 states where fraud clearly occurred, to seize voting machines and to arrest a bunch of perps - all 209% legal under 10 USC 333 and 334. Better yet, have the militia supervise new elections in those states.
The Marshal Plan was the exact opposite of America First.
To insure that just laws are duly executed. Thats what they are for.

He has mentioned the the Insurrection Act and two Executive Orders - 0ne on election interference and the other on human trafficking. He has also implied the two EO go hand in hand because many of the same players are involve in both.
I am sure Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act and use reg. military for the job.
