There is no need to invoke Martial Law and President Trump has not made any comments that he is considering it.

He has mentioned the the Insurrection Act and two Executive Orders - 0ne on election interference and the other on human trafficking. He has also implied the two EO go hand in hand because many of the same players are involve in both.

Invoking the Insurrection Act seems like de facto martial law, if not for the whole country, at least sections. I posted the Act up the thread.
