Special Counsels are a Dem creation to hound innocent people to the grave. It’s like inventing new laws when the law is already there. The correct action would be to ban Special Counsel altogether, and, as another has iterated, invoke military tribunals in extreme cases.
Paul is all over the map depending on the issue.

He’s consistent and correct. Scalia was wright, the special counsel law is unconstitutional and should be scrapped.
Between this and his amendment to protect congress in addition to judges from being effectively doxed, but not “regular” people - this guy is playing both sides.
