The normal procedure for dealing with questioned elections in the Americas is for public protests after which the military may intervene and order a new election.
The U.S. Constitution states "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."
Providing this guarantee is one of the President's most important duties. Vote-flipping machines and allowing the dead to vote which were reported in some states are not consistent with "a Republican Form of Government, "
If the election involves a political issue rather than a judicial one as SCOTUS implied then President Donald Trump should be able to handle it the way other countries deal with questioned elections order a new election.

I don’t know how God is going to do this great work before Him...but I do know once men exhaust all possibilites to change this situation there’s still time for God to act.
If President Trump doesn’t have something up his sleeve. America as we know it is done. You don’t steal the Presidency and then stop stealing. We will never see another fair election. The Constitution will be shredded and lawlessness will reign. There will be war in the streets.

Did you even read the story? Biden DID NOT win. Ballot-harvesting has nothing to do with it. The Dominion machines changed the numbers from Trump landslide to Biden theft.
The American people overwhelmingly voted for President Trump and rejected Biden even with all the dead votes and ballot-harvesting.

The President has no authority to order a new election. If so, please point to the US Constitution where that is allowed.
