The normal procedure for dealing with questioned elections in the Americas is for public protests after which the military may intervene and order a new election.

The U.S. Constitution states "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."

Providing this guarantee is one of the President's most important duties. Vote-flipping machines and allowing the dead to vote which were reported in some states are not consistent with "a Republican Form of Government, "

If the election involves a political issue rather than a judicial one as SCOTUS implied then President Donald Trump should be able to handle it the way other countries deal with questioned elections order a new election.

SCOTUS punted on the steal. Congress is going to go along with the steal. It’s up to the 3rd co-equal branch - the executive - to protect the Republic and deal with the steal. Martial law and a new election it is.

The results have been so corrupted there is no way to find what the real count is. These certified votes are corrupted by so many different sources of fraud it has to be redone cleanly.

These swing States had 3 branches acting on November 3/4. Perhaps Trump/lawyers should a slap injunctions when the "stop the vote" crap started happening in the early hours of the 4th. Did not happen.

The centralized counting facilities was like shooting fish in a barrel if you wanted to stop fraud from occurring/organizing sting ops.

Instead, it was "trust the system"/authorities. Trump should of been prepared (Evidence/arrests ready to be vividly shown on November 4th) and put the fear of God in Republican governors as well as States with a Republican controlled legislature to carefully watch and *prepare* for irregularities. Did not happen.

Trump will not declare martial law - the odds are far better that a meteor will wipe out all life on the planet before Inauguration Day. But let's say for the sake of argument that he would - the entrenched bureaucrats in the executive branch aren't going to support such orders and the military commanders at the Pentagon wouldn't obey such orders?

Biden stole the White House. He was able to do it because Republican state legislatures throughout the nation snoozed through the last two years while the Democrats implemented ballot-harvesting in battleground states.
