GA law states that a runoff election is a continuation of a primary election; therefore only persons who voted in the primary can vote in the runoff less than a month from now. I contend that the knowledge exists to state the maximum number of votes possible in the coming runoff. All the Secty of State has to do is report the names of the voters from their vote history of who voted in the primary. From that list you delete the voters with address changes out-of-state. Clearly anyone recently registered is double-checked not to be on the runoff list of qualified runoff voters ('QRV'). There, you have it. The max number of votes available for the runoff.
The machines' program needs to be modified to check the list of QRVs before accepting the ballot. Test data should include names of voters both on and off the list of QRVs for multiple candidates. A test result of the trial run against the machine should be available less than a month before the actual election, along with the test data used.
The GA Republicans should demand the list of QRVs and test results TODAY for the runoff.
Anything less is another cheat from a state with a history of election cheating.
Their votes in the Electoral College should be nullified until they can produce a bona fide election.
IANAL (I Am Not A Lawyer). But I have experience in data analysis for statistical reports at major utilities and healthcare providers as a contract programmer / analyst.
Well, one thing you have to say about the Dems...when they do fraud, they go big.
That is a good idea.
I also think that we can push to have observers be close enough to observe.
So how do we handle these issues:
many GOP observers have testified that absentee ballots were already opened before coming into the counting area
The Fulton elections director admitted in an interview that ballots were adjudicated at locations other than the election centers... this was news to everyone. Plus he said that a majority of votes were adjudicated election night.
The Coffee county election clerk showed how easy it is during adjudication to switch votes to whomever they wanted, and much of the adjudication was done without GOP oversight.
The signature matching issues the SOS agreed to with the democrats are so cumbersome that it is nearly impossible to validate.
Anyone can get an absentee ballot, no ID required.
Stacy Abrams already has a million absentee ballots ready to go, and apparently ballot harvesting is not illegal in GA.
Not only are the some 50k illegal voters not being addressed in the 11/3 election, a judge is ruling that another 200k purged from the rolls can be added back.
And I’ve received four absentee ballot applications in this household of two.
The candidates need to SUE NOW so some idiot judge does not claim later post runoff, some “latches” issue.
They had to, right? Trump broke their plans, and they had to go so big it became obvious to everyone.
Text from citation above - 10) The run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be a continuation of the primary, special primary, election, or special election for the particular office concerned. Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast. No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224 .
If the GA Secty of State is allowing newly registered voters to vote in the runoff, it is an UNLAWFUL election for violating state election laws. Period.
Yes, that decree is illegal. Wood’s lawsuit over that aspect is docketed at SCOTUS.
I can tell you that only a handful in legislature are lifting a finger to try and stop any of it. The candidates themselves are pretty silent.
THAT WAS CHANGED..LAWSUIT
The candidates have said nothing. In fact, Perdue would have won outright if the fraud was addressed. Their silence on this is depressing the vote here for them, not me, but it is real.
The candidates probably have a deal made...or at least think they do.
They don’t know who voted and who didn’t. They illegally stuffed the ballot boxes.
Fail right out of the gate.
Thanks for that.

A coffee County elections director demonstrating how easy it is to switch a vote on Dominion:

Thus, Coffee County, GA election director could not verify their results and now the SOS is after her, just like he disciplined every county elections director that said their recount did not match the original numbers.
I may be mistaken, but it seems the Senate could reject or eject a new member as a result of an UNLAWFUL election.
Yes it is.
Also, to add to my list, the chain of command is very poor. Dekalb county cannot find their chain of custody for absentee ballots. Fulton County refuses to act on a ballot transfer FOIA until Jan 19, 2021
