Breaking — Louisiana AND Alabama join Texas case before Supreme Court
Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry issued the following statement regarding the ongoing controversies over the 2020 federal election and the new motion put forward by the State of Texas before the U.S. Supreme Court.
“Millions of Louisiana citizens, and tens of millions of our fellow citizens in the country, have deep concerns regarding the conduct of the 2020 federal elections. Deeply rooted in these concerns is the fact that some states appear to have conducted their elections with a disregard to the U.S. Constitution. Furthermore, many Louisianans have become more frustrated as some in media and the political class try to sidestep legitimate issues for the sake of expediency.
I’m from Georgia. I want to see my state sue itself!
Agreed, completely. FL and ND need to "join or die."
That’s good news!
Reversal came on Dec 27th AFTER Dec 8 Safe Harbor Day!”"
Yup.
What's the rush? (DECEMBER 14, 2000 - Salon . com no less)
Florida shouldn't worry about blowing its electoral vote deadline; Hawaii did it as recently as 1960.
If this suit fails i want secession to be the next step. Ive been preparing to
move out of CA anyway, probably FL. But if Texas ever decided to secede,
they would be my destination.
Dec 08 2020 Response to the motion for leave to file a bill of complaint and to the motion for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order or, alternatively, for stay and administrative stay requested, due Thursday, December 10, by 3 pm.
...
I am wayyyy too dumb to understand that legalease...
EOs it help to have multiple states joining the suit?
Same here, but that is the last update to the case docket. Seems that they have set a deadline to grant a stay
Everyone can read the article—and understands its importance."
Not true.
1. This breaking news story was removed from the main news page: https://freerepublic.com/tag/news-forum/index.
2. It was removed from the Breaking News sidebar.
3. Only those that look in the "bloggers" section (or happen to search on one of the added keywords) will see this breaking news story.
Point being, the "visibility" of this story was drastically reduced. Why? Furthermore, what's the point of having different topics, and posting stories in those respective sections...if it really doesn't matter and everyone will see the story anyway?

It’s on the forum home page which is the only one I and probably most people use. Covers any and all topics.
Thank you for confirming my thoughts about Brett Baier.
We need FL, OH, IA to join......GOP never lost when they win these 3, except when they stole it for JFK....would be very symbolic
Ohio here and doing my part by contacting everyone possible
Come on California, let us do it!
Thanks—we really need Ohio—and some other states in that region.
There should be many more States to join it.
Wondering that myself. I would think more states would make the case weightier, but I’m not a lawyer.
Come on Tennessee. You need to join. Protect our votes.
