Pennsylvania Democrats accepted mail in ballots for 69 hours later than what is allowed by law.
But the U.S. Supreme Court does not care.
Article 1, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution says:
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof”
Pennsylvania law says:
“NO ABSENTEE BALLOT UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE COUNTED WHICH IS RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS LATER THAN [EIGHT O’CLOCK P.M. ON THE DAY OF THE PRIMARY OR ELECTION]”
Pennsylvania Democrats illegally changed this deadline without going through the state’s legislature.
NPR said:
“Pennsylvania Supreme Court Extends Vote By Mail Deadline” “Mail ballots will now be accepted if they are received by 5 p.m. on the Friday after the election and were either postmarked by Nov. 3 or there is no evidence to suggest they were sent after Election Day. Previously, mail ballots had to be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.”
Despite this obvious violation of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected an election lawsuit from Pennsylvania.
I guess we have a ‘Deep State” judiciary...
I think this was done to make it seem fair. This one denied, the Texas one for the win. CYA
There is no fkn rule of law. This was a slam dunk. I’m all for massive civil disobedience even if it starts a friggin CWII
at sme point the powers that ve will gafe been shown to have declared themselves null and void
“There is no fkn rule of law.”
Only if used against enemies of Democrats and the Deep State. Then, the most arcane, never-used laws will he dredged up to put the poor sap away.
This is a precursor that they will not deal with this hot potato. No matter how insanely obvious and overwhelming the evidence is the supreme court is not going to touch this hot potato. They will punt from here to kingdom come. After this I think it’s done.
Which means the Hell with following laws Anybody pizzes u off just blow em away After a bunch they will get the message.
Patience. The Supremes will hear hear the Texas suit, which has no facts (fraud/no fraud/Dominion) in issue. It is a case on undisputed facts which can resolve all issues as a matter of law.
The SCOTUS did us a favor. They handed Pennsylvania a rope with which that state will hang themselves with.
Exactly !
This was our last hope....our side has no loyalty in the higher institutes! No matter how much goodwill Trump does by nominating conservative judges governors the works they all seem to stab him in the back. The Ceasar(Trump) character is becoming more and more realistic in this modern day HELListic drama! Backstabbing bastards!
Either the law means what it says, or it doesn’t. If it doesn’t, it is open to all kinds of corrupt interpretations.
In the very near future, methinks we will no longer care about the Supreme Court - if liberals get their way and pack it.
Go eat your nuts...try to keep up with what’s going on.
Please explain for us non-lawyer simple minded deplorables. Honestly its as hard to keep up with all the machinery on this as it is to keep up on the tangled web of Russia collusion conspirators. Thanks
How so?
The catch hanging them up on what’s right is their fear of and not wanting to instigate disorder by bucking unruly default law breakers.
The aforementioned rope is allegorical of the complete imbalance of cause and effect which is about to hit this country. And the crooked left has no clue.

could you explain in Kindergarten mode for some of us...?
The one sentence order from Justice Alito denied the injunctive relief requested by the Petitioner (Kelly) that the court enjoin the certification of the results and electors. The certification was already made.
Significantly, the Supreme Court of the United States DID NOT dismiss the case today. The media is misreporting the story as they want Trump to concede and his supporters to be demoralized.
I would be ready to jump off the window ledge if the case was dismissed outright, but it is still on the docket as of today.
I have no idea how this will wind up, but it is not over yet.
