From this:

“Those election machines were not on the election precinct’s Ethernet network, via Cat5 or WiFi.” is true.

Rather, each machine had its own cellular hot spot for connection to the Internet. Always on.

The only reason to have modems, is to connect the devices to networks.

But I think we are past having to show that they were connected to the Internet.

Wow—reading those docs, that’s a really rinky-dink system they’ve “designed!” (spoken as a systems architect with decades of experience)

This would be even more huge if it were posted on a site that exhibits some sort of editorial and visual presentation discipline.

Specifically designed to cheat in every way possible. Weighted voting, drag and drop ballots from one candidate to another, admin has ability to edit or delete logs, internet connectivity(and probably with remote admin access), prefilled ballot printing with a library of bubble filling images that look like they’re done by hand aka not perfect ovals.

“The only reason to have modems, is to connect the devices to networks.”

Not necessarily. An old style modem can provide direct and restricted dial-in access for perps, and newer modems can do as you say without requiring “network” access. I wonder how many peeps would still know how to interact with a rudimentary modem!

It's a CELLULAR modem. A device that adds 3G or 4G (LTE) cellular connectivity to laptops, desktop computers and various tablets. No other network required for Internet access.

The I-net connection was a MUST for the fraudsters---- makes it impossible to know who's tinkering with the data.
