Here Come GOP Members of Pennsylvania Legislature Making Moves Concerning the Electors
Red State ^ | 11/28/2020 | Nick Arama

We brought you the news here and here of how State Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-York) had organized a committee hearing into election integrity and heard from multiple witnesses with some stunning testimony about alleged election fraud and irregularities. President Donald Trump even called into the hearing and thanked people from coming forward. Then after that, Twitter suspended Mastriano’s personal account.

Now, Mastriano is dropping more news. Mastriano was appearing on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast when he announced that he and other senators would introducing a resolution calling to withdraw the Secretary of State’s certification of the election and the slate of electors.

🚨BREAKING: While on Steve Bannon's War Room, @dougmastriano announces the PA legislature will draft a joint resolution to take back power from the Secretary of State in the appointment of presidential electors.

According to Penn Live, 26 Republicans did in fact formally announce they in fact were introducing such a resolution.

Citing what they described as election law compromises, irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing, the 26 lawmakers stated in a news release issued late Friday afternoon the issues raised about the election has “undermined our elector process and as a result we can not accept certification of the results in statewide races.” [….]

Concerns about the fairness and integrity of the election that the group of lawmakers raise in some of the 21 clauses in their resolution are similar to arguments raised by President Donald Trump’s legal team during a Senate Majority Policy Committee meeting on Wednesday.

“It is absolutely imperative that we take these steps if we are to ensure public trust in our electoral system. Faith in government begins with faith in the elections which select that government,” the House GOP members’ news release states. “Just as Pennsylvania led the founding of our nation, Pennsylvania should also lead the way by making sure our commonwealth continues to stand as a keystone in our nation where free and fair elections are of paramount concern, no matter the final outcome of those elections.”

Currently the process in Pennsylvania is that each of the parties picks a slate of electors that is then chosen when the Secretary of State certifies the election.

But the Constitution provides that the state legislatures can decide how electors are appointed. There’s also a federal statute that allows the legislature to decide how the electors will be appointed if they believe that they have failed to make a clear choice.

But it’s not clear how much gas this effort has, because the House Speaker and the House Majority Leader don’t appear to be involved in it, according to Penn Live.

But it looks like there’s going to be a similar hearing and look into election integrity in Arizona as well, according to Jenna Ellis, who is part of the president’s legal team.

🚨🚨🚨Arizona State Legislature to hold hearing on election integrity Monday, November 30. Mayor @RudyGiuliani and I will be present on behalf of President @realDonaldTrump.

It's 58-52 Republican, with 56 needed to control the House.

38 seats in the Michigan Senate - 20 seats needed for a majority.

It's a 22-16 Republican senate.

So, a swing of 4 seats in the MI House and 4 seats in the MI Senate.

They need to be reminded how thin that margin is, and how vengeful conservatives can be...

Our Michigan Republican Speaker and Senate Leader are poo-pooing the recall petition of Whitmer, our Governor saying they have more important things to do in legislature. They folded on all the fraud in Wayne, Detroit.

This is why the cheating was so in your face and obvious. They knew that Republican legislators are cowards.

To quote President Trump, “Let’s see what happens.”

If he had your attitude, he would’ve conceded on Wednesday 11/4.

I’m getting sick and tired of all the Eeyores around here.

Many conservatives will just "move on" from voting for GimpPublicans like they've done for the last few decades.

I can arrange to be cleaning my garage on election day 2022 - or go down to vote straight Democrat ticket, if I want to stick the bayonet in to the stops...

If you paid attention to programming other than what you’re being tasked with presenting here, you would know that it has the support of the house speaker and the leadership .
To those who are paying attention it should be readily apparent that all the required parties who could possibly block this have already been notified of the canceled checks and payments they have received and fraudulent attempts to overthrow lawful government. And they can be targeted for insurrection with military tribunals and stead of court hearings.
It’s over for the democrats and they know it. Kum-Allah has not quit her job in the senate.
The plans and the orders for the rioters, murderers and arsonists are likely already planned by their Democrat and Communist masters because they know they will lose.
Expect china to go hot since their sock puppet in Iran got his skiis waxed by mossad... he was supposed to launch this week. Now they will attack elsewhere... say Taiwan?? South China sea?? Next week is my guess.

A few of us said that last night.

I said that this, along with getting it within the SCOTUS-which would be another very important route, all it would take is to invalidate ONE states election and that would invalidate ALL the states elections. Equal protect..

Wondering why (haven’t heard of this specifically) no one is organizing HUGEEEEE MAGA rally/protests at the grounds of these state legislators to show the RINO leaders the deplorables mean business. If they start fearing the backlash maybe they will do the right thing instead of being cowards and conceding to evil. On that note why isn’t Trump doing a prime time public address to note the seriousness of this? I know he is doing rallys, but a prime time announcement will wake everyone the hell up. He is after all the President of the United States!!!

Glad you weren't around at the time of the revolution. Even the case you make still doesn't hold water. I'm not saying it's guaranteed to turn out differently than you say, so you have missed the logic again.

Health Tip Mr. Pepsi: Sugar & Caffeine addiction may be (are likely) a sign that you are trying to compensate for broken dopamine regulation with drugs. A symptom of such broken regulation can be chronic irrational negativity.

Also your tagline bears perfectly on this pleasant discussion, as does mine :-)

Ah. So it's symbolic and won't go anywhere. Great.

Except it never even came close to saying what you claim it said. It's like you added 2 and 2 and promptly came up with 50.

Are they prepared for the consequences? The wrath of those corrupt liberal voters?

The wrath of liberal voters? What's that?

How about we all just tell them “Fine. Until you prove to me you ere elected without any fraud or chicanery whatsoever and present irrefutable truth of same, I no longer consider you a validly elected legislator, Governor, councilman, or holder of any office, anywhere.”

If there is no equity, there is no need to follow any laws made or enforced by frauds.

They all become jokes. Like the legacy media, for example.

You devolve into personal attacks so readily. It adds a lot to your arguments and really convinces me. Thanks for your sage advice, I’ll go seek counseling and report back to you when I’m fixed.

Yeah I am watching the live feed on Youtube now, but I am talking about surrounding the capital building with thousands of MAGA Deplorables Monday - Friday, not just Saturday when they are not in session. With this happening today, the legislatures can just tune out this noise. If they have to walk past these hordes of Trump supporters every day they would get the message. And why hasn’t this been going on (not just on Saturday) for the last 4 weeks?

I understand a lot of people on here want to believe all of the “explosive” blogs and every thing else they read that will prove voter fraud etc...

but the facts on the ground are not in Trump’s favor and no he is not some 7D chess expert that is always 3 steps ahead of the deep state (but but but he signed an EO back in 2018 that will flip the outcome of the election in his favor)

Many people on here makes posts that Biden and co will be in handcuffs etc.....riiigghhhtt...just like Hillary and Co have faced the tribunals they deserve.

Unfortunately, the fix is in from many enemies both foreign and domestic and barring some miracles, odds are Biden will be inaugurated in less then 2 months. It’s just the cold hard reality. It sucks and I hope Trump comes out on top but it’s not likely. but hey, at least I know who Sidney Powell and Lin Wood are now!

Maybe things will flip in Trumps favor if the almighty Trey Gowdy calls a hearing /s
