First things Sidney's legal team needs to learn are how to use spell checker and how to spell “DISTRICT” — misspelled twice in the document title, two different misspellings.

Nothing destroys a document's credibility more than sloppy grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

That's actually a link to Sidney Powell's Michigan lawsuit PDF. I quickly scanned through the PDF in a few minutes to get the general drift. The #1 thing that stood out is that the editing is embarrassingly horrific and amateurish. Here's one example:

"Based upon the above allegations of fraud, statutory violations, and other misconduct, as stated herein and in the attached affidavits, it is necessary to order appropriate relief,including,butnotlimitedto,enjoiningthecertificationoftheelectionresultspendingafull investigation and court hearing, ordering a recount of the election results, or voiding the election and   ordering   a   new   election,   to   remedy   thefraud."

I kid you not. What Judge wants to read through 75 pages of, for example, 15 words all glued together in one big 100-letter word salad? Ridiculous. You'd think top attorneys would have some vague clue how to properly edit a legal filing for a district court. Scary to think those are top U.S. attorneys (including Sidney Powell and Lin Wood) who put together that document. I scanned through it fast but I'd bet if you were a Judge carefully reading that document, you'd find a ton of glaring mistakes, typo's, and who knows what else.

Here's another glaring example of the amateurish nature of that document, this one in the actual title of the legal filing: "EASTERN DISTRCT OF MICHIGAN".

I kid you not. Looks like a 15-year-old wrote it. I wish they would have professionally written that document. Would have taken a high-schooler maybe 10 minutes to quickly fly through that PDF and find all the major glaring errors. Sad.

I am sorry for thinking Powell was not going to deliver.

I saw a lot of big accusations and knew nothing about her.

I should have read about her before saying anything.

We all make mistakes.

I just make more than most :)

I don’t care what position anyone held in the past three weeks regarding Trump’s chances of overcoming the fraud.

We have a battle to win, and I welcome anyone who sees a way forward and wants to stand alongside me and wage it.

Sydney power has crafted a well reasoned, compelling and professional complaint praying for preliminary and permanent injunctive relief grounded in several counts of voting fraud in Michigan of the human and mechanical kind.

The standard objection to these cases is that the numbers do not add up enough to justify overturning the results. This complaint, at least on its face, does cure that typical deficiency. If the voting machines purported to record more votes than their capacity could possibly accommodate as alleged and those numbers exceed, in fact nearly double, Biden's alleged victory margin that standard objection can be overcome, if proved.

I have been posting my opinion that the case, if won at all will be won through exposing the machines. The complaint on its face should earn plaintiffs the opportunity to prove their case, especially this later assertion which, if proved, is in the nature of a silver bullet.

By the way, expert testimony is proof. Statistical evidence is proof, but this particular claim is important because it asserts provable facts beyond expert opinion which if true are a winning count for Trump. It wins both tests.

Other counts in the complaint when combined might also put Trump over the top, I have not done the math.

Another high hurdle for plaintiffs in these cases is to fashion a remedy which the court will accept. We have already heard one federal district court judge in Pennsylvania observe that he would not set aside the votes of hundreds of thousands of people. That is a specious reaction but one which is always there even if under the surface. We must keep our eye on how the courts play with a remedy.

God Bless Sidney & her team of lawyers and also the work that they are doing, the cases they have filed (filed in Michigan as well as Georgia). I hope she/team have a blessed Thanksgiving Day - mine will be better, knowing she is working to save our Country. Same for Lin Wood.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. I discovered (not supposed to know yet) that there will be a new member of the family and the announcement (by my niece) will be at our Thanksgiving gathering today. There is no doubt God had a hand in putting her together with her husband and now prayers have been answered with a baby on the way. God is GOOD, so very, very good.

Of course I have not examined all the evidence, but, if it proves true, no honest, intelligent person can deny the validity of the claims of the plaintiffs and their lawyers, a judgment in their favour, or the relief requested.

This is certainly one of the most damning allegations:

"Michigan officials disregarded all the concerns that caused Dominion software to be rejected by the Texas Board of elections in 2018 because it was deemed vulnerable to undetected and non-auditable manipulation."

The American People must now rest all hope upon the protection of Almighty God, the power of truth, and the intelligence and integrity of the Justices of the Supreme Court,

And, on this blessed Thanksgiving Day, give thanks for all the blessings with which God has showered us so bountifully and, today, especially for all upon which our hope now rests.
