First things Sidney's legal team needs to learn are how to use spell checker and how to spell “DISTRICT” — misspelled twice in the document title, two different misspellings.
Nothing destroys a document's credibility more than sloppy grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Very true.
I read it’s a formatting issue between documents. An attorney on another site said some encrypted software parses words differently when converting from one format to another. Not certain if this affects misspellings, but other text formatting for sure.
What I’m going by, as far as spelling/formatting issues go, that the original filing is hard-copy and the PDF is the result of going thru Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which is prone to output with lots of visually-related errors.
I’d gather that the original in Sidney’s et-al hands are perfect.
