I kid you not. What Judge wants to read through 75 pages of, for example, 15 words all glued together in one big 100-letter word salad? Ridiculous. You'd think top attorneys would have some vague clue how to properly edit a legal filing for a district court. Scary to think those are top U.S. attorneys (including Sidney Powell and Lin Wood) who put together that document. I scanned through it fast but I'd bet if you were a Judge carefully reading that document, you'd find a ton of glaring mistakes, typo's, and who knows what else.
Here's another glaring example of the amateurish nature of that document, this one in the actual title of the legal filing: "EASTERN DISTRCT OF MICHIGAN".
I kid you not. Looks like a 15-year-old wrote it. I wish they would have professionally written that document. Would have taken a high-schooler maybe 10 minutes to quickly fly through that PDF and find all the major glaring errors. Sad.
You plan on listing the “Freeper Downers”!? Red flag laws here in VA are worrisome enough without having what I assume is a good conservative Condoning them
The trick is in determining which of those are informed by research,
and which are the more common organically programmed mushroom kind.
Since making such a determination effectively, itself requires research, those
that won’t even go that far, may find themselves seriously handicapped.

I am sorry for thinking Powell was not going to deliver.

“There’s been a lot of unlawful changes to the electoral laws, the power to change the laws is vested in the state legislators and it’s often forgotten that they have a primary role,” he said.
“But governors and secretaries of state have tried to change the laws, it’s ineffective.”

Skepticism not followed up with research is common enough to be useful.

I read it’s a formatting issue between documents. An attorney on another site said some encrypted software parses words differently when converting from one format to another. Not certain if this affects misspellings, but other text formatting for sure.

A long time Cub and Notre Dame fan, I did not watch a single game of sports, pro, college or otherwise, this year. I only heard that ND was doing well when they rushed the field. I don’t want to support the networks or players or colleges. Sports are just there to keep us pacified. I just can’t care about them anymore.
We used to fight and die for our country. Now we have our churches closed, our speech restricted, and our elections stolen. And people are worried about a virus. Its crap. Our rights are worth more than our lives. Because these are not only our rights, they are the rights of our children and grandchildren. And they are the rights our grandfathers fought for and passed down. Who cares about the Bears or Cubs. And who cares if some of us die with the virus. Our grandfathers died in France or Gettysburg.
