I don’t believe lawyers, as a group, are above-average people. Neither are medical, financial, military or theatrical people. Neither are politicians.
The bell curve applies to all occupations.
I occasionally have to enter information into federal forms/documents and write grants in specific forms. I have been unable on several occasions to get text to format correctly. I have to get the IT guy to come help me. The problems are random in these forms. Sometimes they appear correct, but print incorrectly.
That’s actually not the case. Different professions have very different average IQs. Some clearly have different average ethical quotients as well.
Whatever.
Happy Thanksgiving
What I’m going by, as far as spelling/formatting issues go, that the original filing is hard-copy and the PDF is the result of going thru Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which is prone to output with lots of visually-related errors.
I’d gather that the original in Sidney’s et-al hands are perfect.

Dude, these are difficult times for everyone. No worries. Have an awesome Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Enjoy your blessings.
My recommendation - stay off the internet for the day!
Oh and go find a post of mine on the NFL threads this season.
I won’t call you names because it is childish and I know you are angry so I forgive you.
I don’t buy at Target, don’t buy Budweiser because of the gay marriage commercials 3 years ago, won’t use Gillette because of the transgender shaving.
Only a B.tCH would accuse someone else unless they are giving up a lot of things they used to use also.
So I assume you’ve given up a lot of things.
You can reply. But you will just be writing nasty nonsense so I will likely not read it.
BTW, I’ve donated to Trump’s defense and FR.
Only a B.TCH would whine about someone and not have actually put their MONEY where their BIG MOUTH is.
Perhaps I should expect us to shoot for the moon and put people in Gitmo. Half measure have not worked with the other side.
But you’re so ####ing lazy that instead of making a valid argument, you call names like a little girl.
Your posts are usually very good.
Which makes me even more disappointed in your reply.
Happy Thanksgiving.
You know what?
I’m gonna take your advice starting now.
I am ADDICTED to FR and need to give my family all of the attention today.
This is the last post until after Midnight :)
Ciao!! And enjoy your day!
I hope they can secure phone records of all these suspect states......coordination in fraud.....
“Funny how the media tries to portray the single most effective prosecutor of the 20th century as some sort of buffoon.”
Yes, but it amazes me not, - there are many people who do not know who he is / his accomplishments. Even if the unwashed did know, the kkkrap propaganda arm (media) would still do this. To address Rudy’s factual statements would take the discussion into areas that do not bode well for the kkkraps, because they apparently are the sole beneficiaries of the fraud, illegal voting, unconstitutional changes in election law.
Actually, were thrilled. But we usually sleep at night.
Thanks for that posting.
I laughed when seeing that twooter felt compelled to post a comment that “This claim about election fraud is disputed.” Corporate twooter must be “very concerned” that an absolutely clueless person exists and will read Trump’s statement and nothing else. demonkkkrap twooter are exhibiting their insecurity and obsession with controlling the debate.
When this is all over, come January Trump should start the process of disassembling the FBI.
The standard objection to these cases is that the numbers do not add up enough to justify overturning the results. This complaint, at least on its face, does cure that typical deficiency. If the voting machines purported to record more votes than their capacity could possibly accommodate as alleged and those numbers exceed, in fact nearly double, Biden's alleged victory margin that standard objection can be overcome, if proved.
I have been posting my opinion that the case, if won at all will be won through exposing the machines. The complaint on its face should earn plaintiffs the opportunity to prove their case, especially this later assertion which, if proved, is in the nature of a silver bullet.
By the way, expert testimony is proof. Statistical evidence is proof, but this particular claim is important because it asserts provable facts beyond expert opinion which if true are a winning count for Trump. It wins both tests.
Other counts in the complaint when combined might also put Trump over the top, I have not done the math.
Another high hurdle for plaintiffs in these cases is to fashion a remedy which the court will accept. We have already heard one federal district court judge in Pennsylvania observe that he would not set aside the votes of hundreds of thousands of people. That is a specious reaction but one which is always there even if under the surface. We must keep our eye on how the courts play with a remedy.
Yes - I reply in a similar way as you did so eloquently whenever I come across Rudy bashers on this board.
They should research Pizza Connection for starters.
Yes, it is hard to say what the document looks like as filed in court.
Especially PDF files often have editing issues.
Lots of pressure to get this in quickly, as well.
The MCat and the LSAT does weed out the less qualified.
