Attorney Sidney Powell was not able to respond tonight. Sidney was censored and suspended by Twitter earlier today.

But what is the venue for presenting this fraud data? Perhaps that explains the delay in presenting this data. The crime seems to be one of a federal infraction and I’m not sure this data could be presented in a case at the state level.

I don’t have a firm grasp of how this election litigation is managed and what courts can correctly address this level of fraud...

But it appears to me that Powell is looking for the right conditions to bring forth the detailed aspects of the case - I suspect this will need to happen in a federal court.

And Powell's investigation took her globally to various countries via U.S. government vehicles courtesy of her security clearance. She very quickly became involved in a separate albeit somewhat parallel suit that had a much different timeline and work load.

Not sure if this matters to anyone but just poking around Twit for commentary from personalities who, throughout this entire debacle have remained pretty calm and collected, such as Raheem Kassam (Warroom with Steve Bannon), and he’s not concerned with the press release: https://twitter.com/raheemkassam/status/1330649830927032321?s=21 I’m not saying to put all your trust in something one person said, but Bannon’s show has really helped me see the bigger picture with all of this. Someone in the Twitter thread also mentioned that making such a statement that Sidney is operating independently is because she is likely going after some Republicans, which is something Trump’s official legal team cannot do. I’m not a legal expert, so I don’t know if that’s true or not.

Well, legal rules don’t always allow for the immediate introduction of statistical evidence. Court rules and procedures aren’t always straight forward...you need a reason, a basis on which to introduce certain testimony.

It STARTS with affidavits and may eventually lead to/incorporate testimony from an expert on statistical & mathematical analysis.

It’s obviously best Powell isn’t tied to closely with the Trump team though they obviously consult with each other as associates......otherwise she would be seen as way too biased.

I think her court case filing is going to be Biblical. I think the Trump campaign wants to distance itself so it is not perceived as a weaponizing the Oval Office. Just my opinion.
